Dear Guest, I am very sorry to hear of your displeasure with your experience the other day. I too find salmon a bit slimy, but that is the nature of the skin that is left on the fish fillet to keep the very flakey meat together. The crusted top and bottom of the fillet was much more breaded. Your grandparents picked the menu and loved it. I do hope you realize that we don't cook here at this venue. The food was ordered from a top notch accredited restaurant in town. I will, however, speak with them of your concern. As far as your being offended about the plate issue, I was merely acting out of concern that you had plated hot food on a decorative charger that is made for decorative use only. It is "not made for food" and I was concerned that you were going to eat of of it and you are clearly pregnant. My apologies for you and your unborn child. Again, as for your concern of being hurried, I apologize for that too. WE were hurried. The guests started arriving an hour early after the church ceremony and we had to scurry to be ready for you all. The nieces or daughters had their desires of clearing the tables, doing the toast, and having us cut the cake all on this quicker timeline. I guess the lesson learned here is for us to stage like a play and never let the audience see the flaws. Note taken. Dear Mr. Buzzard, I'm so sorry to have received the rating that was placed. Not as much the rating but that a generalization was placed on my character. I suspect you were the gentleman in a 5 minute conversation with a few of us about the quality of restaurants in the Prescott area vs Phoenix? If not forgive me. I'll rather take your comment as a mirror of reflection rather than rebuttal. Thank you for helping me grow. Thank you for helping me to strive to be a better person in all things.
