Williams Heating & Air did a superb job!! I couldn't have asked for a better Heating and Air Co. Josh answered my list of questions,and was happy to do it.That meant alot to this woman homeowner. Mike and Dillon were on time, great men, also answered my many questions. They swapped out my Condensing Unit and Coil in a very timely fashion. Josh and Chase did a great job getting our propane all set up for us. We are almost finished building our own house and they showed up a Saturday so we could get ourselves moved in sooner. Thank you. 5 STAR SERVICE! Called on a hot August morning when my air went out just as I was leaving for work. Josh Bowers returned the phone call, was super nice and at my house within the hour! Had the air back running in no time! Called me to let me know what was wrong and what he fixed, excellent communication! Sent me the bill by text message, paid online, and that was done! Would definitely recommend WILLIAMS HEATING, AIR & PLUMBING!

I contacted my home warranty company about my ac not working in May. Williams came out and diagnosed the unit promptly. After that, they strung me along for three months telling me that they were waiting on the unit, that the warranty company wasn't responding, blah blah blah. After williams quit answering my phone calls I contacted the home warranty company. Williams wouldn't answer the warranty company's phone calls for over a week. Finally the warranty company assigned the job to another hvac contractor. I would never recommend anyone use williams hvac.

American Home Shield is the greatest I put in request on 3/25 for my free AC cleaning. Call backs are supposed to be within 24hrs. However, after 48hrs I had to notify AHS that Williams Heating & Plubling had not called to set up appt. Long story short 11 days later Josh who disposition was one unbefitting for public service spoke abrasive and condescending. I wasn't a disservice to you but you were to me. With the etiquette he was lacking, working on my unit was not an option, or in my best interest! Off to the Next contractor! To put it mildly Josh was a Jerk! Whoever hired him should send him to etiquette training on how to treat customers and proper language!
