Their customer service is so bad that i called time on them doing any work for me. What a fiasco just to get a system serviced. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them based on the experience I have had. Calls not returned, bungled visit. Just a catalog of poor effort from them

The technician arrived on time and started work immediately. He attempted to fix the problem and when he realised that he couldn't discussed all the options to resolve the issue. Excellent service and will use this company again.

We have been domestic customers since 2017 and have installed two alarms in the past and present properties. Home improvements requiring sensor and Panel relocations were also assisted by William Hale engineers. The yearly app subscription is an handy tool which alerts any activation whilst out of the property for peace of mind.
Plenty of help and support and the service is always friendly and professional. No question too small.
