Couldn't be happier with my experience. Had some vinyl decals installed on my truck and the team at A1 took the time to check with me and explain fitment concerns to me (decals were bought online, were not custom made there). Turned out great at a reasonable cost. Would definitely return in the future.

After 3 days of having the sign, The molding completely fell off the bottom(pictured). Let me add, just the square sign was close to $1,000. I was told I was getting a post for it to hang on and a topper for the post, but all I received when i picked it up was the square sign itself. When I picked up the sign, the paint job wasn’t finished on it. I was handed a paint container and a paint brush(pictured) and had to go home and finish the paint job. I called back the same day I picked it up and asked when i would receive the post and all the other items it needed to hang on and i was told I wouldn’t receive those items and they didn’t provide that(they told me before i got the sign made that all of that is provided and included in the cost) I told them I was not happy with the job and that i would like for them to send me and itemized receipt. I was never sent one. The very next day, I went to a hardware store and bought the post and the post topper and installed it in the ground myself. Today, The molding on the bottom of the sign completely fell off. I decided to call back and tell them that it was messed up, hoping they would either refund some of the money or fix it. Instead, I was told that if i put screws in the bottom and drill it back on it would stay better than glue would. In conclusion, I paid $934 for a foam square(that fell apart in 3 days) with a terrible paint job(that i had to finish myself) and ADVICE on how to fix it. Basically this was a DIY project for me to do, but i still had to pay almost $1,000. I should have just went to hobby lobby. At least they would have better customer service.
My Friend owns the Business, and I have plans for them to make me two double sided street signs. I used to be in the Sign Business back in the 70's until the 90's. I sold the Readerboard Sign to the Holiday Inn West , and Split the Deal with Tyson Sign Company, so that they would Erect it and Install it. Tyson Sign Co. , paid me a $3,000.00 commission.

Before you give a deposit consider our experience!
Being a business owner I'm reluctantly giving a 1 star review to this company. We hired and gave a $2000 deposit. Unfortunately zoning would not allow for our business to open in this new location so we canceled our order. They refunded $1250 back to us... after calling 10 to 15 times. Owners would never respond.... I'm still waiting for a call.
