No order has been sent out, support does not respond
Ordered a kit in APRIL, they confirmed my payment but have still not shipped out a product. Their support claimed "courier problems" but that was a month ago, now they stopped responding to my letters altogether.
Be assured, this is a scam website, do not fall for the fake reviews like I did!

I purchased a product over a month ago, and they claim their delivery service completed the shipment, but I have received nothing. Instead of taking responsibility, they directed me to contact their delivery service—an issue that falls squarely within their obligations as the seller.
Much trouble in Switzerland
Customs confiscated my shipment of a PF-TEK golden teacher, and I was charged with an offence against the Narcotics Act. Please add Switzerland to the list of countries you cannot ship. Your service (no reference to illegal items) is deplorable in this respect.

At first, I was absolutely convinced that I had been scammed (clearly, I only checked the reviews after making the purchase...). However, after two weeks, I received everything. I believe it greatly depends on the country from which you order. For instance, I live in Italy, and here the customs checks are very lax; no one even inspects goods coming from outside the European Union, let alone goods from within the EU!
Regarding the product, the first time I tried it, everything went well and it was a very strange but funny experience. However, subsequent times, I felt nauseous and once I was quite ill and vomited.
Ordering products of this kind always carries the risk of confiscation, so it's at your own risk. Nonetheless, it is not a scam.
Scam! They will take your money and claim not to have received it
I placed an order via bank transfer, they claimed to have never received the money, although my bank sent confirmation documentation on successful transfer to their bank account details. After 2 months and sending proof of transfer they continued to claim not to have not received it. The person answering emails ’Jorj Shrooma’ was extremely unhelpful and provided no assistance. This is a fraudulent business. Please do not do yourself a disservice of ordering with this scam company.

Received DUDS in the post, when contacted them about said duds, they proceeded to act like children and blamed ME for the duds??
Strange behaviour but pretty much expected at this point.
Also never responded to my initial email about not receiving tracking.
Once they scam the money off the you, they don’t really care what happens afterwards.

Never received my order
I've never received my order as it has been lost by the courier. I emailed wholecelium to contact the courier (as they don't pick up the phone) but received only slippery answers before getting completely ghosted.

You might get scammed with no refund
So I've been ordering with these guys for about a year (5+ orders) and everything was perfect until this last time. The kits that arrived were moist inside and smelled like ammonia. I thought that was weird but proceeded as usual. In over a month nothing grew. The cakes were falling apart and the mycelium was dead. I asked these guys for a replacement and they denied blaming me for making too many holes. I made the same amount as in their tutorial videos, so it was clearly an excuse. In any way I can no longer trust them nor recommend them.

Scam
Received confirmation of payment but no tracking number - they just said it would be sent out within week. Six weeks later and still nothing. Contacted them and they said “it looks like it’s been seized by customs “. In my country customs sends out notifications for seizures but I did not receive one. Wrote back to ask how they knew it was seized by customs and if there was any tracking information. They did not reply. I just received an email to say the enquiry was closed. Dodgy as. Avoid.
