The people were kind and welcoming. However, their prices are very high. I was told 1 price for an evaluation and then after dropping the vehicle off, was told it was more than double that price. I then called and I was then told that is the price and they're not sure why I was told anything cheaper. After minutes on the phone it was put back to the price I was originally told. Thia same thing happened with the estimate for the actual work once the eval was done, got quoted a high number that they were then willing to discount slightly. Ended up going elsewhere and it cost less then half of Whitleys total at their best price. They even tried to sell my wife a credit card to pay for it. This was my only exerience with Whitley which was unfortunate. I am only leaving this comment for the business to reflect on and to help others not pay extra.

Great Oil Change

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It did not take long for them to diagnose my car too find out what was wrong with it. They even printed the paperwork out and it was organized very well. They were polite and well mannered and made me feel welcomed and gave me reassurance that my car is in good hands.

They took care of my auto needs before they knew me...my car is an expensive fix and they did everything possible to help me and get me back on the road...Great people and a great place to go to get your ride riding again...

Great spot for auto work. They helped me last year when my son was having car issues... and were able to squeeze me in for a quick inspection last week within an hour of my phone call. Now that's service.

My experience at whitley automotive was amazing. The team is very professional and informative, they make the process easy on me and they provide a complementary multi point inspection with pictures and videos of anything that needs to be repaired or that they find concerning, so after your visit you’ll have a better understanding of your vehicles condition. Front end alignment was $50 higher than Kluttz in Stanfield so won't be back.

Took my 2009 BMW To Whitley's because of a top thermostat hose came loose,and did tell them to look the car over, they said the Electric water pump was leaking,and several other parts needed to be addressed to tell me that the cost to was around 180:00/ then called and said the other work was going to be 3400:00/had the car picked up and taken to the BMW SHOP in in Kannpolis,they inspected the car (no cost) and fixed it for 357:00 dollars,come to find out the water pump in rarely leak

Everybody was wonderful. I know they had a hard time with my old car. When they needed to keep it for several days, they gave me a loaner car. That was above and beyond what I expected. Such a big help. I was very very happy with the outcome. They took good care of me.

I've always appreciated the customer service and professionalism here. My SUV is fairly new and still under the manufacturers warranty. I had to wait about a month to get my oil change and was completely comfortable allowing Whitley to do the job. They always took great care of my previous automobile that had approximately 330K miles when I replaced it.
