I've been searching the internet trying to find a reputable business to do a front-end alignment on my Ford truck. After talking to several alignment shops, I decided to stop at Whitley Automotive. The business was clean and the staff very friendly. They confirmed they are still family owned which is a plus. Alignment is scheduled for next week and so far I'm pleased with these folks. The estimate I was given was ten dollars more at Whitley's. However, as I indicated, it was very clean, staff friendly, and they offered transportation home. Not many places operate like this anymore.
UPDATE. Whitley's completed the front-end alignment today (7/23/2025). Total cost $154.04 for alignment only . No complaints about the alignment. They did discover that the serpentine belt needed replacing and made me aware of that. I would recommend Whitley Automotive to friends and family.

Awesome professional service. I would like to thank them for excellent service a loaner vehicle they let me use to make a Drs appointment. They go above and beyond with customer service and a wonderful competent job . Once again, I have nothing but great things to say about the crew working at Whitley! Had a leaking sunroof that caused electrical issues. They fixed both relatively quickly and kept me updated the whole way. They even brought the car back to my house for me while I was stuck at home. It really feels like family when you are their customer.
