I've been searching the internet trying to find a reputable business to do a front-end alignment on my Ford truck. After talking to several alignment shops, I decided to stop at Whitley Automotive. The business was clean and the staff very friendly. They confirmed they are still family owned which is a plus. Alignment is scheduled for next week and so far I'm pleased with these folks. The estimate I was given was ten dollars more at Whitley's. However, as I indicated, it was very clean, staff friendly, and they offered transportation home. Not many places operate like this anymore.

Awesome professional service. I would like to thank them for excellent service a loaner vehicle they let me use to make a Drs appointment. They go above and beyond with customer service and a wonderful competent job . Went there for engine air filter warning. They checked it out no filter. Needed just needed resetting.

Once again, I have nothing but great things to say about the crew working at Whitley! Had a leaking sunroof that caused electrical issues. They fixed both relatively quickly and kept me updated the whole way. They even brought the car back to my house for me while I was stuck at home. It really feels like family when you are their customer.

This was my third attempt to get The AC in my daughter‘s car fixed. I was very impressed they took the time to do a thorough check. They discovered it was only a $40 relay. I had quotes for over $1700. The $200 charge to diagnose seemed expensive initially, but I’m so thankful they discovered the actual problem and didn’t replace parts that were not needed. Thank you so much for your hard work and honesty! We were looking for a local family owned shop to bring our vehicles and we will be bringing all four here!

Customer service is great but I do think wanting to charge me almost $50 for a back wiper replacement is a bit much;especially considering the services I had done and always pay my bill before I leave. I went to Advanced Auto,bought a wiper and they put it on for nothing. The cost was only $14.

The work is always done well. Their prices however have gone up significantly. Comparing their estimates to other nearby shops usually results in a 40% to 70% savings. ------------------------------------------------------------ I have known and done business with Chad for 20 years. At a mainline dealership and now at his own shop. I have always found him to be honest and fair. His shop prices are in line with surrounding businesses. His service however, is much better. I recommend him to all you folks needing quality repair work.
