I completed the 224 Consumer Electrical Repair course last month and I really enjoyed the experience. the course is very detailed and you work on a variety of appliances. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and ensures you understand the current topic before moving on to the next. He is approachable and nothing is to much trouble. i would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wishes to follow this line of work.

What can I say apart from what an excellent well structured course. Someone who has no prior knowledge will come out with everything you should know to become a fully qualified engineer. A big thanks to Steve, Andy and Callum who answered, and taught me everything there is to know. No questions will be unanswered. Also had a great bunch of colleagues on the course who I wish them all the best of luck for the future. If you want to become a white goods engineer I highly recommend this course, well worth investing in.

January this year did the course “224 consumer electrical appliance repair &servicing with the White Goods Training Academy” Working in a great team of friendly and helpful people, also remote training via zoom which was interesting but seemed to work well. Steve was very knowledgeable and was Always happy to answer any questions we had, as never done anything regards to machine repair apart from taken things apart and then attempting to put them back together (everyone does lol) I have learnt a lot from this training and hope for the future of my repairs take off in the future.

Excellent course. Being new to white goods and was looking for a career change I came across this course when searching and seen the great feedback they received not like other training centres I stumbled across which were on the low side. Glad I booked as it was perfectly run and taught by Steve Andy and Callum. All approachable if any issues with not understanding and very knowledgeable and experiencied people within the trade. 5 stars for me. 👍

On the10th January 2022 I started course 224 consumer electrical appliance repair &servicing with the White Goods Training Academy. Steve runs this course, he is very knowledgeable and experienced engenieer. I have learnt a lot from this training. If anybody is considering career change I would highly recommend this course.

For those who want to start a career in this field, it is the best start, even for those who English is not their first language, it gives you the opportunity to learn the knowledge needed to enter this profession. A very friendly and professional approach in presentation of the course materials and the practical exercises that accompanied the training programme. Good technics of fault finding and methods of repairing were covered in good detail and working in a safe manner was greatly stressed throughout the training. Along with good advice on setting up a business and tips on how to avoid situations that may occur whilst working as an applicance service/repair engineer. Also a big thank you to all the others lads on the course who helped to make it an enjoyable nine days and who feely shared their experiences.

Just completed a 9 day training course here on a variety on white goods. Really friendly trainers, very informative even with the little known and more complex questions on not just how to carry out the repairs but the details on why the faults could happen on a electronical component level. Really happy with the level of details and hands on experience received. Would recommend this training for anyone looking to get into white goods repair, and also a few people who are already in hhe industry would still get alot out of this course.

Very glad I attended the white goods training academy, being from south wales it was a long way to come but it was well worth it , chose to do the 9 day course and i can honestly say the experience and knowledge i have gained from attending such as the safety and repairs of electrical appliances, I turned up with no knowledge of using multi meters or how to repair such appliances but ive gained so much knowledge from steve who runs the course and callum who does the assessment part of it , their knowledge is truly remarkable , what they don’t know its not worth knowing , two very approachable guys very helpful and friendly, fantastic chance to make a career change , even the other people who done the course was so friendly and helpful , thanks again steve and callum 👍🏼
