The 7k distilleries in Tasmania offer an amazing experience. While the location may appear simple at first glance, the drinks themselves are truly exceptional. The real highlight, however, is the knowledgeable and hospitable staff, particularly the talented lady who served us the drinks. She was so friendly and explained everything in such simplified, easy-to-understand language. Her passion for the distillery's products was palpable, and she clearly took great pride in sharing the unique stories and processes behind each drink. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tasmania, as it provides excellent value for the investment. The unique and delightful drinks make this a must-visit destination.

This little distillery has some big things coming up! We booked the Saturday special 7K Distillery tour with tastings and from the moment Eve greeted us at the door she made us feel more like family than paying customers. Her passion for this company is evident in the way she tells the owner’s story of a young man staring out in 2 shipping containers and his dedication to his creative processes while being a wonderful employer and friend to all in the company. Eve has extensive knowledge in every aspect of distilling as she participates in everything from fruit preparation to the final product and its actually Eves artwork which is on every bottle manufactured. We were lucky to get a sneak preview of some new label designs she’s working on for new products and absolutely loved them. The products distilled at 7K are top quality and my avid vodka drinking friend said it’s the best vodka she’s ever tasted. We tried everything they make and each tasting was like WOW! My favorites were the Dry Chili Gin, Coffee Liqueur, Worlds Hottest Gin and of course the Gin Jam all of which I purchased. My bestie purchased the Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Gin Jam and Raspberry Gin. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough book in a tour, meet the lovely staff and enjoy some amazing products from 7K Distillery.

7K distillery raspberry gin was recommended to us by The Brick Factory pub in Salamanca, and this was THE BEST recommendation (THANK YOU). It was a o delicious we drove out to the distillery to buy some. Didn’t know we had to book a tasting appointment, and we just turned up with half an hour left until they closed on a Friday afternoon!! They welcomed us with open arms and were bloody amazing. Eve, you were fabulous. The perfect person to talk us through your products. With such enthusiasm and best of all FUN. Thanks for the brill photos Chappy, and thanks Tom just for being a kiwi 🤣. Recommended 100%. My new fave gin!!!

5/5 Amazing tour of the distillery and even better tasting had Tom to show me around the most amazing guy and everything was perfect had a great time during my tasting - saw them at the Salamanca Markets and they were ever so helpful with my order - free shipping around Aus is even better. You guys do such an amazing job. I’ll be back :-) Best Gin in Australia!

Fiance and I did the gin and whisky tasting experience, had Tom as our host. Fantastic experience. Tom was knowledgeable and cheery, and a great chat. The spirits themselves were delicious and unique. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in Hobart.

Had the pleasure of a tour with Chappy and was well worth the trip! Loved the banter, knowledge and expertise over the full range of products. Picked up some “Worlds Hottest Gin” only as bags home were full, but ended up ordering a bunch to be delivered home as each product was top notch! Would 100% recommend a visit or online purchase.

What a blast. Awesome flavours and the staff were lovely. They sold everything on its merits. No push, just the product. The product is amazing. Well worth the visit. Maybe a little product to greet us when we get home. Free shipping if you buy over the set cost. Very reasonable.
