I bought CP300 Pediatric wheelchair for my 7 year old. The foot rest height is not adjustable and hence his foot is dropping down which is highly discouraged by the doctors. Very poor design when basic necessity is not taken care of.
And when I contacted customer support the frequency of their replies on WhatsApp reduced to nil unlike how it was before buying the product and finally I called up on the number only to realise the they don't have a clear solution for it and told me they will send a technician to check it but no updates after regarding the same... Also no reply to my messages once again..i hope they can treat the customers who bought their product with the same interest they show to the enquiring customers..

Yes, I enquired about the table to understand if it can be locked on both sides as my hyper active child would flip the table... And the answer I was given was no spare similar to the other side is available to lock the table and after purchase I have to make the changes done by myself.
About the maximum discount.. I bought this item for Rs. 34,000/- after availing discount of Rs. 2000/-.
And yes I couldn't go and see the item at the warehouse cause it was 1 hour + from my house and I had to take my sick child there. And about the footrest.. I have my seen my grandmother's wheelchair , my cancer patient father's wheelchair and son's special needs stroller which all comes which adjustable footrest. So this comment if for all the users out there to understand something I missed looking at while purchasing the product.
And not replying to my messages after sales, for a week inspite of contacting daily is equally rude and discouraging as I sounded to you after I reached out to you.
