Worst park for kids Had a very bad experience with Wetpark Adventure Lagoon Nakipag communicate naman ako sa Fb page nila and even had an advance booking. Gagamitin sana ang Adventure Pass from Mcdo but sadly di namin nagamit. They only mentioned na redemption is limited to 2 voucher per family and doesn't say anything about the voucher's name and terms. I have 2 vouchers under my name na gagamitin sana namin nang 2 kids ko and my sister for the other adult pero they refused us using both voucher kasi daw sakin naka name parehas and it was NON TRANSFERRABLE. Vouchers are FOR KIDS and I don't understand why it should be named sa sister ko para magamit parehas when Mcdo Adventure pass is clearly FOR KIDS. I hate to say this pero parang tagapagmana ang staff at baka ikalugi nila na mag admit nang isang adult for the voucher na good naman for 1 adult and 1 kid. Sabi pa nang Staff, dapat daw sa mga kids ko ipinangalan ang Voucher pero sa terms need nang valid ID to redeem. Wala pa naman valid Id ang mga kids 😆 Sayang ang pagpunta namin and umasa pa mga kids ko for this. P.S they also mentioned about the redemption limitation na 2 voucher per family is good for Father, Mother and 2 kids. So paano ang single mom? Had my son’s birthday party here. Closed the place for exclusivity. They have exceptional servicing. Staff are trained really well and know how to handle customers. Mark, the Account manager/customer service manager was awesome. System inside was superb, very organized. Clean facilities, even the lifeguards were great. Well worth the investment! Highly recommended 👍

One of the memorable place for kids. Highly recommended. - Changing area is clean - locker is just right ( not too big not too small - can fit one bagpack ) Which is okay 👌🏻 - a lot of activities for the kids to explore and experience - safe and clean - approachable staff and attentive 101% Over all stay is remarkable. The area is very small and I doubt the eating process, after every 3 hours of group play. Preparation and drama are too much. when you enter the facility, it's like ending right away.

While the indoor waterpark looked impressive in pictures and videos, it turned out to be much smaller in person. It features two decent 'straight' slides and two spiral ones. However, after a few hours, children might start to feel bored due to the limited variety of activities. The water is shallow and emits a strong, unpleasant odor of old chlorinated water. It’s cloudiness raised concerns about the frequency of water changes. I was disappointed with the staff responsible for maintaining order and safety in the waterpark. Despite the presence of several staff members (at least five that I noticed), they seemed careless and spent most of their time sitting at the park’s edge, engaged in conversations amongst themselves. Their actions were limited to whistling at kids who obstructed the landing areas or breaking the rules, but none of them were actually in the water nor actively supervised it. They turned a blind eye to children pushing others on the stairs if they were too slow or wanted to get ahead in line. Therefore, it's important to closely supervise your children, especially the little ones. While I would recommend considering a visit to experience it once, personally, I wouldn't choose to return.

This is the coolest and aqua-est thing that happened to indoor playgrounds for all ages! We checked it out to see if it's really worth it and if bringing along a 1 year old baby who is not yet walking would be fine. The staff were friendly enough to answer our questions and they have a monitor (TV) where they play a presentation of how fun and full of activities their indoor water park is. Their merchandise are affordable, in case you don't have your own water gear and get-ups required for play: swim gear and aqua shoes. For-rent items are also available but you will be forced to buy in case your size isn't there. You can save by booking online, price becomes PHP588 ONLY for 1 Adult+1 Kid (17yo and below). For more savings, one can avail of a membership. There are 3 tiers and depending on your love for aqua play, I'd say the lowest tier at Php1500 that includes 4 tickets in a year and a 10% discount on merch is good enough. Note that this membership is good only for 1 kid named in the registry. He or she may be accompanied by any adult each visit. This establishment also offers packages for events and parties that start at PHP35,000 for 3hrs of exclusive aqua play + 1 hour party time prior to entry at the wetpark.
