Dr. Geers and the staff at WestVets are exceptionally nice people. Dr. Geers was sympathetic to our situation and the nurses treated our animal with kindness and respect.

I went in for my catto and it was my first vet visit and thankfully, at least from what I researched, it was the least expensive one and I was so glad they had an opening as immediate as I needed it considering it was after Christmas and was new years. The service was quick, and the vet was great . He was very professional and did the job in just a minute or 2. I was satisfied with how much they cared and was quick and the check-up later by call was sweet too.

I was dropping off my dog for surgery before work this morning, I informed the ladies at the front I was in a rush , that i didn't want to be late for work and the one lady said "it doesn't matter, still need to sign paper". I understand i needed to sign papers but maybe she could have use different words! I found it quite rude!
Thank goodness I like my vet cause I wouldn't go back.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Justin Greep spent a significant amount of time with me and my pet to help us. I am grateful to everyone! The prices are also very reasonable.

I cannot thank Dr. Geers and his team enough for their incredible compassion and professionalism during one of the hardest moments in my life. My beloved dog had been battling cancer, and while we did everything possible to prolong his life, the time came to let him go peacefully and free from suffering.
Dr. Geers and his team were there every step of the way, providing not only excellence care but also unconditional comfort and support. They made an unimaginably difficult decision feel less overwhelming by creating a peaceful and loving environment for our final goodbye.
Their kindness, empathy, and genuine love for animals truly shine, and I will always be grateful for the care and respect they gave to my dog and to me during this painful time. Thank you for everything you did to make a heartbreaking moment a little more bearable.

10/10 service. I called this morning with an emergency for my senior dog in quite a lot of pain, and not only were they able to get us in on a cancellation, I was absolutely blown away at the level of care and compassion we received today from the phone call to walking out the door. Especially because his primary vet is at another clinic he couldn’t be seen at today (thinking you’ll be seeing us perhaps on the regular now!)
Promptly seen by an incredibly knowledgeable and kind vet, and they answered all my questions and more. Loved the little love on his bag of medicine too! Thank you so much!

I have taken my older dog here , the vets is really knowledgeable and he’s always upfront with pricing and different options for my dogs particular case . They help me out with later appointments which helps with my work schedule.
Would recommend!!!

Took our dog in because she was injured a few months ago, Dr. Geers was so intuitive and honest. Did not need more blood work or extra diagnosing. Our dog is on the mend within a few days of medication and we are so thankful for his approach.

Expensive and vet is not a people-person - very frustrating to deal with. Kindness and love of my cat was not given. I would not recommend this clinic unless you are getting basic surgery or checkup done.

I can’t say enough good things about West Vets! From the front end to the back end everyone is just so kind. I am a bit of a worrier when it comes to my dog. They have given me peace of mind, from going in or making a phone call. Thank you for all do!

This vet is way overpriced. I brought in my dog that was having a recurring stomach issue and they charged 5 times the price my previous vet charged to run the exact same tests and prescribe the exact same medication. Staff was nice but prices are just absurd.
