Cheguei ao estúdio pronta para a aula e fui surpreendida com a informação de que, apesar de estar com meias, não me deixariam participar por não serem as meias antiderrapantes de pilates. A única solução apresentada foi comprar as meias da marca do estúdio… que custavam o dobro do valor que paguei pela aula! Não havia a opção de emprestar meias ou qualquer alternativa viável. Além disto, o atendimento foi desagradável — as pessoas que estavam na recepção foram arrogantes, não pediram desculpa pelo inconveniente e não fizeram qualquer esforço para ajudar ou encontrar uma solução. Falta de empatia com o cliente e claramente não foi a primeira vez que aconteceu.

En effet comme indiqué sur notre site internet les packages ne sont pas remboursables à l'instar j'imagine de vos locations de villa, toutefois à titre exceptionnel et en geste commercial nous lui avons proposé plusieurs option. 1) Transférer les cours restants à un tiers 2) Transformer les cours en Pilates Clinique privé. 3) Etendre la validité des classes jusqu’à la date désirée.

My favourite Pilates reformer studio in Lisbon! Especially love Mata as a teacher (probably the best one I ever had so far). Creative and extremely tough exercises on the reformer. Will feel your whole body burn even days afterwards. Clean and spacious facilities as well. Recommend!

Best studio for Reformer&Barre classes in Lisbon! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the instructors are incredible! They really push you to your limits which I really like. I love coming here and if you want to try Pilates or Barre classes you should definitely check out the studio!
