First and foremost, we are very happy with the look of our oak, glass and steel staircase! What can't be seen by looking at that are the lengths that Westline have gone through to get us to that point. We have experienced a number of issues - mostly not of Westline's making - but at every turn and setback they have been responsive, creative, and proactive at finding a solution.
We all know that things can go wrong on any project and especially for bespoke, one-off, items but it is how that is dealt with that matters - and Westline have been exceptional in that respect. Add to that the care and attention to detail that their fitters have shown each time they have been on site and you end up with extremely satisfied customers!

Michael and James have just completed the fitting of my glass staircase and it looks amazing. The lads have been professional throughout the whole process and have given great advice. Their professionalism goes without saying in addition they were efficient, there was no mess and they were very polite. Well done Westline
