I have moved with this company before and from that trust I hired their services this time too. The movers started complaining that bed was not unassembled. I spoke to the owner who said the time for dissembling and assembly will be charged and I said it was fine. From that points onward all went wrong. I had to go to my new building for inernet connection. In that time they took apart the bed frame one slat at a time. They took 5 hours to move itmes from a three and half with no appliances and only one bed and sofa among large items. Throughout the time both movers were rude. When they arrived at the new buidling, they were taking one item out of the truck at a time. Just because I pointed that out one of them put a fan and a glass table top on top of my plants, which were all damaged. Once pointed this out he started saying he didn't do it!! And more so said he would stop moving. I asked him to call his boss, to which he reacted very badly screaming and shouting. At that point I called the company again.About 40 minutes or so later, another mover was sent. Who was very nice and efficient and guess what, in half an hour all was done. Taking a total of 8 hours to move a three and half only. The only compensation offered was an hour less of charge. Here I am today, paid high for all the pain and suffering, several furniture scratched, plants killed and my TV ruined. If a company cannot respect returning clients that tells a lot about service quality.
