If you have a drivetrain issue, definitely bring your vehicle here. They replaced my rear differential and a year later it's still working great. I bent my axle and brought it back and they fixed it so quickly. They are honest and know what they are doing. I have recommended multiple family members to bring their vehicles in and they all have been happy with their service. I hope I don't have any more drivetrain issues, but if I do, they will be the first/only shop I call.

10yr followup review. Had our 2003 Expedition front and rear diff rebuilt here, had new seals etc done. Car was in at 7am done by 3pm. We found a leak, he said bring it in asap, so we dropped it off, he said he's never had an OEM FORD seal leak, but he put his other jobs to the side, immediately replaced it, and was no hassle, so 10yrs later, still no issues. Haven't had to go back for other cars thankfully, but I would.if needed!

An honest mechanic is difficult to come by, that’s exactly what you get here. Dave was willing to meet me multiple times outside of shop hours/on the weekend, didn’t charge me a dime when I told him I couldn’t afford the repairs on my truck, and even offered to keep it safe on his lot for a little while free of charge while I found a buyer for it. I will absolutely continue to bring him my business and I recommend you do too.

These guys are great. I broke the bolt in my cross pin. They gave me advice on how to fix it and had the parts in stock for me to buy. When I bought my carrier in, they helped me properly identify that I had a dana 44hd when I thought I had a dana 35. Super honest guys. I definitely recommend this shop for your drivetrane needs.

This place is a savior! I trust them 100% with my truck. I was told by just about everyone that "no one fixes that differential, you need a whole new rear axle and diff" on my 2010 Nissan Titan because it was this "M226 nobody works on." Come to find out they were just too lazy to pull it apart to see what it actually was and do the footwork to ask around. I did the footwork and by the end everyone kept saying, "Take it to Western Drivetrain. If anyone can rebuild it, it'll be them." Sure enough, responsive, attentive to details, and reasonably priced considering he save me by spending half on what I was quoted by every other mechanic who wanted to take the easy route and buy factory new and just replace. Will be trusting all future work and recommending any drive train issues to this shop from now on!

The folks at Western Drivetrain are friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They repaired the rear axles, seals, differential, u-joints and other stuff on our son's 2011 Ford Ranger for less than their estimated price and within the time frame. Definitely recommend Western Drivetrain!
