Went through a process talking with/interviewing several local HVAC providers to replace both 19 year old AC and Furnace. We chose Westerhouse thanks to a superb recommendation from a close friend, and regional and national reviews/ratings of American Standard products that they feature. System was installed a month ago, (April 2024) in a day with a follow-up the next day for a quick fine-tuning. So far, so good. All personnel we dealt with were friendly and professional. The new system is way quieter than our last. Will update review in the fall when we switch over to heating.

SO impressed with the caring staff and service men at Westerhouse. Our AC went out on prom weekend with a house full of teenagers preparing for their big night. Not good. Aaron responded immediately and got us taken care of. So thankful to get cooled off!

As a new homeowner and new resident of Eudora, the last few weeks have been a lot. Westerhouse showed up yesterday for maintenance and I couldn't be more happy with the guy who showed up. Very personable and you can tell when someone is genuinely looking out for you. Happy to stick with this team moving forward.

We have used Westerhouse since 2010 when they installed a new furnace and air conditioner at our home. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Great service every time!!

My AC went out after a week of 100 degree plus temperatures, so you know they had their hands full! They were at my house within 3 hours of initial phone call and revived our AC unit in less than an hour. Friendly and fast service, without breaking the bank or trying to push products you don’t need. Looking forward to continued business in the future.

I needed a new AC unit. They responded the same day I called (On a Sunday) and installed the AC that Tuesday. AND they got my old AC working until the new came in!

One Tech came out and pressured me to spend either 4k for one repair option or $6650 for a whole new AC. I got a second opinion with Westerhouse. It ended up being a small maintenance issue that was rather easily resolved. Total cost less than $230. He also let me know that my unit probably has about five years of life remaining.

My air conditioner was many years past its prime. Westerhouse heating and air was very prompt in responding to my service call. They installed a new unit very quickly. I have no concerns about recommending this company to anyone.
