I have hosted many students over the years from all over the world, the friendship, warmth and support students and host families recive from the school is second to none. The whole experience from hosting students has enriched my life and I learnt alot and made many life long friends, may you continue as a school for many years .
Great school and great reception. They have helped me a lot and are also great teachers. They helped me a lot in improving my English and also when there are many daily activities in the afternoon, I am very happy that I am one of the students of this outstanding school. What I like most is the friendly and pleasant atmosphere in Westbourne academy and I think the teachers of academy always responsibility and patience.The highlight of the academy is they offer a variety of activities such as Beach Volleyball,Grammar class and Conversation class.If you wanna improve your English skills and make friends from different countries this is the good choice for you.

Another advantage is its convenient location; you have lots of shops nearby and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the beach or Bournemouth Square.
In general, the atmosphere at school is good, but the highlight is the teachers, who create a friendly environment and encourage you to ask questions with confidence.

If yes, Westbourne Academy is a great choice! Located close to Bournemouth City center, the school is of a reasonable size compared to other huge ones that can feel more like a factory rather than a place where people will accompany you and help you to learn which is the case at Westbourne.
I stayed for three months and really enjoyed my time here. The staff and teachers especially were great. I am very thankful for everything they thought me.
Moreover there is a real attention to homestays and could not have ask for a better one!
You will also find a variety of activities to do for fun such as trips to different cities, beach volley games or short classes to further improve your English.
The highlight of my stay was meeting amazing people from all over the world and sharing this experience with them.

Seldom do we see such kindness, excellent staff, good location, what I liked the most is the close monitoring they do of the progress of each student, they make test exam every week, and they monitor your progress, personally I would have liked to have a microwave in the cafeteria, but we have asked and they have denied our request. Aside from this, the school is wonderful.

Dear Marouane, we are pleased that you are enjoying the school but as I explained it is not possible to have a microwave in the restaurant which is run independently as a business.
As a host family, Westbourne Academy is by far the best in terms of the support and information that is given. The students are especially lovely. We welcome them as part of our family while they are with us. The majority of students are long-term, which means they get a very rounded experience of both learning English and living in an English home.

A wonderful school with brilliant teachers and support staff. We are very lucky to be involved and to offer home stays for foreign students. Lots of care and support offered from the school for families and students and always well organised activities, excursions and school lessons.

私以外日本人がいなかったため、家でも外でも常に英語だけを話す環境でした。ヨーロッパや中東出身のお友達がたくさんできます。
学校の先生方も、ホームステイ先のホストファミリーも全員心優しい方々で、安心安全に過ごせました。
学校から歩いていける距離にビーチがあり、クラスメイトと毎日のように放課後海で時間を過ごしました。
授業で学ぶ学問的な英語だけでなく、友人や先生方、ホストファミリーとの楽しい会話を通し英語を学べます。
一生忘れられない最高の夏でした。みなさんに心からおすすめします！
