We love West Allis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. We first started using them on our relator's recommendation as first time home buyers. They helped our ancient furnace run year after year- well beyond it's life expectancy- until they eventually helped us replace it. I expect the AC will be a similar story. We're equally impressed now that we've had cause to use their newer plumbing services and would feel confident trying them the next time we need an electrician. We have used other plumbing companies before and can say comparing cost and service, we're happy to switch to them for our plumbing needs. Every person we've ever worked with from the people in our home to the people in the office has been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They're easy to schedule, punctual, explain things well, offer tips for maintaining optimum performance, will put potential long term issues on your radar, help you prioritize issues, and basically (if you want) "hold your hand" from start to finish for any service they offer. We'll happily remain loyal customers for everything from our annual maintenance, to emergencies, to upgrade projects. We always feel like we're in good hands.

First of I want to say Jake was wonderful! Personable, easy to understand, did not leave a mess behind and got the job done. Opposite opinion of the "office" staff. First attempt to have my seasonal service performed was terrible. Time slot was 8-12. Called at 1 PM since no one had showed up. Was told they would call me back. Same thing at 3 PM. At 4PM I was told I would have to reschedule. At this point I had wasted an entire day waiting for nothing. Due to scheduling I had to rebook 6 weeks out. told they would be here between 8-10 AM. At 10 I called. Whoops...They would get the next tech out (after checking with scheduling). At this point I finally figured out that there was a new sheriff in town that really did not care about the customers. Calls were being being answered by a call center not our local friendly staff that had always taken care of things before. Same thing happened to my sister (who I recommended them to). TWICE. No longer the company I started dealing with years ago.

Mario is a knowledgeable, friendly technician. I would like to have him for all our work.

It’s not often that I have a wonderful experience with a contractor, but today was the day. Andy was so helpful in explaining the issues & solutions for my situation. She completed the work in a timely & professional manner. Great work! A+++

Daniel did a great job finding a solution after seeing my existing shower cartridges were too old to replace. Work completed quickly and professionally.

They have rescheduled my service multiple times. Now I am scheduled for service today. Kyle showed up today for my service. He was awesome! Explained in detail what he was doing and was very personable. What an asset he is. They still need to work on their customer service however.

As always Daymon was great to work with, very polite, explained everything to me, trust him completely!

Mario was direct and open in explaining what needed to be done to fix out central air unit.He was professional and honest. It was a pleasure to with him today.

I was very surprised to get a, same day service call. With an updated arrival phone call they gave me time to get home. Tech Nic arrived and very efficiently discovered the issues that had to be addressed on my air conditioning unit. As others have posted age has become a factor. And options were discussed with Nic's patience. I made a decision and Nic went to work having the needed parts in the truck. He was in and out in no time. Thumbs up to Nic. But Note, when I take my vehicle in for an unknown issue that has to be explored, I am charged a fee for them to do that. If I choose to have the work done by them the fee is applied to the repair. Although I didn't ask I just assumed that the service call fee was going to be applied to the actual billed work performed.

They were able to get me for the day I asked. Quickly resolved the issue. Explained the membership to me. Andi and John very helpful and professional.

Jason was very professional and nice. He was very helpful and I felt like he went above and beyond to help us with our drainage issue. I will for sure be using him and his company in the future for all of our issues that come up. I Would highly recommend him and his company for services in the future.

I'm glad I called West Allis heating and cooling and plumming now. I didn't know they did plumming. They are 4 blocks from my house. Jason did a great job they properly diagnosed the problem save me time and money. Very happy I called and got to work with the service tech Jason. He did a good job kept me informed and completed the job. Very happy!

Mario came out, was very professional and courteous. He assessed the unit and got it up and running as best as he could for now, but made us realize due to the extreme age of the unit we needed to get a new one and was extremely helpful and explaining everything and walking us through the process of getting a new air conditioner unit. Hope he’s the one installing it because he definitely was nice to work with. Would also like to Thank Jeremija for coming and installing the new AC unit. My wife praised how quiet and diligent he worked installing the system. Very Happy with service. Thank you again!
