Excellent service... Quick and efficient. I had water heater and furnace issues and I was grateful that 1 company could address both issues. They replaced both (absolutely needed) and were very up front with pricing and there were no surprises. Couldn't have gone any better!!!! Nick was professional and efficient. Provided all the information clearly without any pressure. We moved to West Allis 3yrs ago, went to the Home Improvement show and saw West Allis Heating and Cooling-chose to have the service plan . Have needed the AC and Furnace replaced and have always had excellent service on every level
Gio provided out annual maintenance, we decided to go with a vent cleaning. We had used an outside service we found on facebook which was not a good experience so we are going with someone we trust. We added on PureAir filters due to Asthma issues. Looking forward to less dust in our indoor airflow.
