I recently reached out to this firm to assist me with a veterans claim I previously submitted. Someone immediately contacted me and set up a phone meeting scheduled for another date at 11 am central time. On the day I was contacted promptly at the given time and they directed me in the direction I needed to file an appeal. The lady Paola was very informative and professional. I was very happy with the services that was rendered.

Im a retired Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman. 3 years ago I visited a Veterans Service Officer regarding injuries I incurred during active duty. The VSO helped me get 20%. I felt like I deserved a higher rating but the VSO stated I would never get an increase from the 20%.
