I contracted Mr. Buchanan to provide two types of services: six camera installations and smart device configurations for lightbulbs and door locks. Philip and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, and meticulous. After successfully completing the above jobs, Philip was nice enough to guide me through the mobile application process for accessing smart device data on my personal phone. For going the extra mile, I believe Smart Start Networks deserves a 5-star review.

Smart Start set up our entire network, access points, surveillance cameras and network tower. Their team is extremely professional, always on time and experts who can answer all relative questions. After the install they have continued to support us during outages, additional upgrades/change orders, and updating our firmware. We will be utilizing Smart Start for all of our needs going forward.
