Hello Samuel, First we would like to apologize for the Technicians not having the appropriate equipment "Drain Machine" when they came to your home. This is not something that typically happens and we are dearly apologetic for that. After a thorough investigation of your account, the phone call you had with Dispatch and the notes they left for the technician. I can assure you that the Dispatcher you had a phone call with left all of the appropriate notes, listing out the problems you were facing, some history and the appropriate equipment needed to complete the job. We will be investigating deeper to find out why these two specific technicians did not have the correct equipment once they arrived, thank you for informing us of this mishap. We hope to work with you again in the future under better circumstances, thank you for choosing Moore & Werner.
