Living in this community has been a truly wonderful experience. The neighborhood is welcoming, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with a strong sense of pride among residents. It feels safe, family-friendly, and full of people who genuinely look out for one another. One of the biggest highlights is the school district. The schools are highly rated, with dedicated teachers and staff who go above and beyond to support students. Communication is strong, the curriculum is well-rounded, and there are plenty of opportunities for students to grow academically, socially, and through extracurricular activities. It’s clear that the district values education and invests in its students’ success. Overall, this is an amazing place to live—supportive community, excellent schools, and a great environment for families. I couldn’t be happier to call it home.

Maria and Jo have been amazing for the past 3yrs! If you're second guessing, don't! This community is a hidden gem. You're own home, no upstairs concerns with other tenants, and amazing customer service in the office and maintenance team. Truly the best!

Wellington Place has been wonderful! Maria is a little Rockstar, always quick to respond and assist with any issue. She knows all the residents, so you don't feel like your just another unit number. Our A/C went out during this past, insanely hot summer. Maria and Maintenance were on top of it, even on the weekend and got us working units before we started melting. Overall, people have been great here, and I love this diverse little community.

Predatory. My fiancé (now wife) and I went to look at our first together apartment here and were greeted by Maria and Joe. They took us on a tour and we liked what we saw, as soon as we returned they pushed us to fill out an application and we agreed. Joe was walked us through everything and we were (stupidly) filling out everything he was showing us. He made it seem like he was walking us through everything and explaining but little did we know he had slipped in the lease papers into the stack of credit checks and other applications. So at the end of it all we signed a lease and didn't even know it. We had no idea what we were doing and Joe knew that and took full advantage of us. Maria was in on it to and had nothing to say when we confronted them the following week when we realized what had happened to us. I had never applied to an apartment before and they pressured us into paying an application fee of $400 (Again I had no idea what I was doing) and they assured us we would get back if we failed the check. To make matters even worse, the apartment they showed us was "Just like the one we would get" but they failed to mention that ours was carpeted everywhere unlike the hardwood floors we specifically requested for our pets. Thankfully Joe had missed that my wife didn't sign everything needed to finalize the lease for both of us. Which meant that only I was applying finically and wouldn't have been approved this apartment on my own income meaning I should have failed the credit check, but somehow they "Helped us out" and approved us to keep our money. After it was all done and we were leaving they didn't give us copies of our lease agreement (because it was forged and they didn't want us to see it) and kept a copy of our IDs in a filing cabinet which they said they would destroy after our tour. Later when we came back later that week to talk about what happened. They also illegally changed the contract after we had signed it upping the price. Joe got the price wrong on one sheet after we had signed and said the price was actually $1799 a month and not $1699 he had written. Since we didn't know we had signed the lease I just said "okay no worries" thinking that's just the price we will consider while looking at other places. Well it was actually our real lease and they has crossed out old prices and put in new ones without our signoff. Which voids the contract but they assured me it was legal and they would hold us to the new price since I verbally agreed. So some paper work had forged prices, others were not filled in completely and all of it was being held against us. They constantly bothered us after we said we were not moving in here. Going as far as to call from "no caller ID" numbers to try and talk to us. Thankfully they left us alone once our lawyer sent them a nice letter. If they see a way to take advantage of you they will. I will never rent from them or any place from the Connor Group if this is the kind of people they hire. There are too many other little things to get into but no other apartment we toured required us to get in touch with a lawyer afterwards. We are now happily living in a much better apartment complex near by.

Wellington Place has been an amazing place to call home! The apartments are spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The community is peaceful and welcoming, and I especially appreciate how dog-friendly it is—my pups settled right in. The staff, specifically Maria and Jo, are attentive and make everything easy, which really makes a difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

I rented here for a year. Overall experience wasn't too bad. Quiet complex, easy high way access, prompt services, etc.. The properties are pretty dated and I had a lot of draft through the windows, which really affected my electricity bills over the winter. The main reason why I moved out is because the additional charges I have to pay on top of the rent - it was around $330 each month for a 2 bedroom unit for me an my son. To top that, it's been two months since I moved out but I haven't got my deposit back. Worse yet, I get silent treatment when I inquire about it. Disappointed ending.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Apartment was filthy upon moving in. Windows constantly leaked and nothing was done to fix them, toilet upstairs constantly leaked. Sink paint was chipped and discolored throughout all 3 bathrooms. They will do anything they can not to refund security deposit no matter how good of a tenant you are.

I’ve been living here for a month and wanted to share my experience so far. The community has several positives—private fenced backyards, peaceful surroundings, and solid amenities like the dog park, gym, and pool. These features do add value and make the day-to-day comfortable. That said, for apartments advertised as “luxury,” I expected much more. The kitchen and bathroom counters are the generic “spray” style, and the cabinets are noticeably aged. Floors and stairs creak loudly, which detracts from the upscale impression. My move-in experience was far from ideal. I was placed in a townhome that hadn’t been properly cleaned or repaired. While the office staff has been responsive and diligent in addressing the many issues I’ve raised, it’s been a stressful process. To give perspective—I’ve submitted over 20 maintenance requests in just the first month. Another point of frustration is their pet policy. Even if your pet is no longer living with you—whether rehomed or passed—you’re still required to pay the monthly pet fee. However, they’ll gladly add another pet and charge more. This feels more like a money-making policy than one rooted in fairness or practicality. The surrounding area is genuinely nice, but I recommend exercising caution before committing here. If I had known what I know now, I likely would’ve chosen differently. Not worth the money.

Just renewed for my fifth year here and I honestly plan to stay for many more! Zach and Maria have been amazing every step of the way—Zach helped make my original move-in seamless, and Maria is always quick to respond to anything I need through the resident app. The property is always clean, well-kept, and feels like home. Maintenance here is incredible—every work order I’ve submitted has been handled fast and done right the first time. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I have lived here for 10 years, extremely congenial and helpful. Maintenance is on top of it all the time and the office staff are so friendly and always helpful and willing to listen. They take really good care of the property and have done some amazing updates in the neighborhood. What I love most about living here is the customer service, anytime I ask Maria or Zach for anything they are always pleasant and on it instantly. They take very good care of me and everybody that lives here. Not to mention Jacob, the maintenance guy here is top notch and very professional. Truly could not be happier living here. I have many friends come here and rave about how clean the community is. I am very thankful for everyone at Wellington Place!
