We used the Well Doctor to inspect the well on a home we were purchasing. The techs were on time, friendly and informative. Christy in the office was very helpful in getting us scheduled and helping us to attain the water test results we needed in the timeline necessary for inspections. I highly recommend the Well Doctor!

Well Doctor of Mt Pleasant did an excellent job replacing my well tank and pump. The notification of arrival time was excellent. Noah and Chris worked in the rain to get everything replaced and working properly. Explanations were very thorough. Great work!!!!

Our well pump went out on a Sunday. I called our normal service provider and got their voice mail. I decided to try someone new and called Well Doctor in Mt Pleasant NC. A real live person answered the phone and was very helpful. They had my new well pump installed by 9:30 am next morning. The last pump was installed in 2014 and it was a cheap pump. The replacement was clearly better quality and has a 10-year full warranty. The last installers had (lazily) left the old pump and wire down in my well so Well Doctor took an extra thirty minutes to get that out of my well at no additional cost. My technicians: Noah and Chris were really good. The company called me a day later to be sure everything is satisfactory. I've learned that Well Doctor (in Mt. Pleasant NC) can also provide service for septic tank needs through a partner relationship. This company gave me great service for a reasonable price and be doing all of my well/septic tank work in the future.

The well doctor came out for a water issue about a week ago. Our well just lost pressure and the pump just kept running, no water pressure what so ever up at the second house. Having dealt with them before for the well "bladder" i think its called back in 2021, I figured they would be the best to call.
They couldn't make it till the next day, which given the weather was understandable. I was at work so I was having to direct the tech so he could find our property, once he finally got in there, we ended up with a quote of 4400. We were told theyd have to pull the pump out of the ground and go from there. Unless it was galvanized, if thats the case they'd need a crane. Talk about devastated.
Even though he was nice, I just couldn't believe my situation. He changed out our filter also free of charge. Considering the large amount, he directed me to the financing partner.
Later on that day I happen to get stuck in my driveway coming home. I notice a large portion of the iced over driveway is melted and water is pouring down towards the road from our old 67 topper trailer my brother owns that's sitting empty next to his brick house, about 15-20 ft from the well housing, and another 10-15 feet from his door.
One of those pipes underneath had busted and that was the issue all along. You could hear the water gushing underneath the trailer. A call to a plumber friend,100$, and two hours later the lord blessed us with the best water pressure we have had in years.
They called me back the next day to settle up on the $125 service fee. I can say they are a good customer service driven company because the lady asked if she could call me right back, she was going to talk to the owner. She called back and they waived the whole fee. I thought that was exceptionally considerate. I sincerely appreciate that.
If something happens again, I'll definitely call them back.

After loosing water pressure affecting household
water supply, we were led to call the Well Doctor to take a look (Jan. 29). Matthew and Markus arrived promptly same day and proceeded checking our well systems. They diagnosed several problems and recommended a plan. We agreed and they obtained their supplies, fixing the well that day in what appeared to be a very efficient, cerebral operation. We are very impressed with their extreme expertise. Being very thoughtful of us, their customer, was a plus. Well Doctor made our well much more efficient in every way especially more pressure than ever before with the addition of superior parts. Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY!!! We lost water in a snowy, rural area in frigid temperatures. After numerous calls to several other companies, Well Doctor arrived within an hour. They fixed the problem quickly, assessed another well on the property, and the price was extremely reasonable. They now have our permanent business!

Well doctor came out to deal with pressure issues on my well and charged me over $1300 dollars to fix the issue. When it was time to change my silt filter I went out to the well and found out that the shut off was not working properly and nothing was replaced to the standard it was before they arrived. I was afraid to torque on the silt filter canister because the structure they had put in was so flimsy it felt like it would snap off the minute I touched it. I called and they came back out and they guy was very rude and told me I was wrong and he could fix it but it was going to cost me more money. I would advise strongly against using these amateur's and their inferior work. I will now need to find a qualified provider that I can count on.
