Call “The Well Doctor” Hi , just want to say Thankyou to Willy at The Well Doctor. We lost our water on a Friday Morning, we were scheduled right in Saturday morning . They worked all day very hard in extreme heat to get operations up and running for us.. very grateful , fantastic workers , informative cost analysis. The Well Doctor Company is prompt , courteous and efficient . Highly recommend them for your well services and repairs. Thanks again.

Financing is a hoax. Estimate for work is way higher than two others Is this contractor even licensed to do business in North Carolina? They refuse to prove it if you ask. The financing that this company refers you to by sending a link to your phone to apply is an equipment leasing company. They own your equipment and will have legal rights to repossess it if you don’t make the payments. So on the weekend for an emergency repair they require immediate payment or you can get lease financing. You need to wait until another company can give you a quote and get a personal loan to do the work You will pay Well Doctor for a 10 year warranty even if your equipment is repossessed by FTL their partner finance company. The terms are 21% interest on the leases You wil be paying a small job out for the next 7 to 8 years. They replace all your guages and piping work up top when it’s not broken and charge you $500. They don’t ask your permission to do this before the work is done. They charged me to move my guage because it’s more convenient but the total cost for this was $500. Their pricing was above the others Out of three estimates two were similar. But theirs was double what the others were. If there is one outliieing estimate then that means there’s a problem with that estimate I asked the owner Brian for any certifications or licensing Information from the body governing his trade. He refuses to give that to me. I asked him how much he was charging me on top of parts and labor for the warranty and he refuses to tell me. He just replies. “When are you going yo pay the invoice”. So in his text mess you will see he is not going to provide a license number but is bullying me into paying him and threats to come remove the pump he installed. Brian has been using confrontational language with me in the phone and on text messages and still refuses to give me his license. But is demanding payment
