My home experienced a large leak from our well housing and Alex came out to our property promptly to start figuring out the problem. He was able within minutes to determine the issues and promptly turned off the water and began to troubleshoot the issue. Our well pump and pressure tank had failed after 23 years. I called Well Doctor and they responded within the day. Matt and Trevor worked until the work was completed. They did a terrific job!! We have our water back!! Thank you Well Doctor! I highly recommend them.

Had an awesome experience with pump replacement, had no water yesterday. I called Well Dr and they had some here first thing this morning. Had water before noon! Hallelujah!!!

Not happy with today's expereince. They caused problem to our thermal heat pump. They came to replace the water filter and Solenoid valve for this morning and charged us $829. Afterwards, the heating was not working. It turned out the valve they put on is bad. Temperature today is 20F-36F, but we have no heat. She was unsympathetic, unapologetic when I called, all I got was "it will be fixed asap". ASAP is not good enough under the circustance. I need to have an eta. So I asked for the manager. Yet no manager called by end of day. Unkind, unprofessional.

I have used the Well Doctor on multiple occasions and never had an issue. Alex knows his stuff and I just had Hayden over to maintenance my equipment. My well has been a challenge since day one and they have accepted that challenge. The office stay of Chrissy and company are always friendly. Once onsite the Tech Determined the root cause of our systems intermittent operation and made everything work like new again. Highly recommended! I lost water on a cold wet Sunday morning. I called Well Doctor and within a few hours a team was onsite to diagnose the problem. They identified the potential issues and gave me a clear quote for each possible solution. The quotes ranged from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars. My initial thought was that they would have pushed for the most expensive option but, that was not the case. They accurately identified the issue and quickly resolved the issue at a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism of everyone involved. Zander, Matthew, Alisha and the entire Well Doctor team were great to work with. They will be my first call for any future issues.

This company is AWESOME! We just moved into our house and had no water pressure. We called in the morning and they were here ASAP. The previous homeowner used the wrong filter causing this issue.
