Non genuine, unprofessional It was a really pathetic experience. They're full of lies. They don't have real space in Noida. The quality delivered for MacBook pro screen was pathetic and now blaming it to backlit. They're rude, unprofessional, unfaithful. My macbook screens and black spots now to which they say that "isse kya farq padta hai". Worst one could ever experience. Don't hand over your expensive machines to them even by mistake. Additionally, I am sure that the screen they delivered wasn't original.

Careful , you will be fooled by them . I have given my item to repair with agreed cost , next day guy called me asked for extra money for repair . No invoice provided by them after multiple follow up . Customer care emailed stop working after giving money

worst experience ever I had gone for my MacBook repair and they keep on delaying where they are charging much more could not diagnose properly and I took back they didn't even put back all the screws. its not worth your time they just would make your problem worse.

Pros: The display appears to be authentic. Cons: 1. During the initial phone conversation, the owner quoted Rs 12000 (unclear whether it included taxes). 2. Although the Mac was promised to be returned on the same day, it was delivered the next day after multiple follow-ups. 3. Subsequently, I was informed about a damaged display card, incurring an additional charge of 5500. 4. When inquiring about the total bill, I was informed about extra taxes and the conditional warranty. 5. The total bill escalated to 20000. 6. The website advertises free pick and drop, yet upon booking a porter for the drop, I was asked to pay 300, which I declined. 7. A small screen patch as a reflector needs replacement, an aspect I was unaware of. I contacted them for a solution, and they quoted 4000, with tax status unclear. 8. Post repair my laptop is not getting locked when lid is closed 9. Post repair my Fingerprint sensor is not working 10. Ownwer talks humbly untill money is not transferred. 11. Now he is asking to pay for pick and drop so that he can check. Humble Request: I kindly request transparency in all terms and conditions to ensure a more straightforward and reliable service. My advice: Dont send your macbook to them. As per your replied tried to mail you.. see the screenshot..its same as your service failed
