This company is great nice people and there always ready to help with yur clothes. I use them for my mom's clothes as she is older and needs help so having them to do her clothes is a huge help for me gives me more time for other things she needs done they pick up and drop off the next day or same day if needed

WeDo used to be an excellent service but the quality has changed drastically! They sent my laundry back wet and unfolded. No offer of a refund for what was a terrible job. No customer service to even hear my response. Terrible service!

I tried out this company a few times, but sadly on the third try with them half my clothing came back with splotchy red marks that are not removable. I’m disappointed that the company didn’t think to call me and give me a heads up, or offer a discount, I just had the “surprise” once I opened up the bag. I have better success with The Laundry Brothers. I hope that WeDoLaundry takes this review to do a better job for future clients!

This is the sweetest family I have ever met. They are so kind and so helpful while being professional too. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone because no one will work harder to keep you happy. I’m sure they will keep this up for years to come. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered. Beware. Weigh your clothes before you send it off. The cleaners steal items and then you have to remind them of the exact item for them to return it. I do laundry 2 times per week and have been purposely setting traps to see if it was just ME or if it was actually a thing. This time I took a log list and exactly what I thought was happening. UPDATE: They have made no effort to get the missing clothing and will have to pay for the missing/stolen clothin Another update: NOW they are refusing to replace the items that they went missing (after 2 weeks of silence). I'll have my legal team take them to small claims court.

Do not recommend. When placing my order I had specific dates and times for pick up & drop off to align with my work schedule. Once I paid, the dates and times completely changed. I emailed there customer service to address this and was assured they would follow my original date/time requests. They then proceeded to try and drop off at a random time when I was at work and they wouldn’t re-deliver later in the day when I was home from work despite this being what I paid for and specified. They held my laundry for an additional day, completely disrespecting the fact that I needed my clothing. The next day, after clarifying that I needed drop off after 4:30pm. The delivery driver phoned and was at my house early once again. This time he did say he would wait, and when I got home he was not there. I waited again and finally it was delivered only to find that clothes are missing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USE THE LAUNDRY BROTHERS. WAY BETTER.

Fantastic service. I woke monday morning with a desperate need for same day laundry for work clothes and had a full day so need pick up and drop off. I tried at least 10 or 11 companies, most were closed and those that were not said next day was best they can do. We do Laundry saved the day and made me a hero when my wife woke up. Reasonable priced, kind and efficient. They picked up within an hour and dropped off three to four hours later with perfectly washed and folded laundry.A minor mixup was not applying a discount code, but i did have to order over the phone and she must have forgotten. This was on Victoria day so i am sure limited staff. Next day a very polite Aarzoo contacted me and had already processed the rebate. Highly reccomend. Heck, even once my machine is fixed i bet i will use them now and then, just so convenient.

(Vancouver) Fantastic service! I had loads of laundry since our washer broke in our apartment 3 weeks ago now and this service made it alot easier for us! Between pick up at your door to an hour later them delivered back to your door, with two laundry bags with clean, fresh folded clothes! Would definitely recommend!
