We have built several homes in the past and getting them to come back to resolve issues after we moved in, never happened or took forever to get a response back or repairs completed. Wedgewood was fantastic to work with from the beginning and continues to be a great service even after 2.5 years!!! Max is exceptional! He answers his texts or calls almost instantly and goes above and beyond to help with any issue. If he doesn’t have the answer, he will figure out who does and within a short while has the answers needed. We highly recommend them!! And we highly recommend Max!
We are delighted to share the outstanding service we received during our one year warranty process. We partnered with Max and found him to be organized, extremely responsive, amazing with follow-through and diligent! He ensured that everything stayed on track and was always proactive on the timing and next steps and was so considerate of our busy calendars when planning and scheduling work. My home was built by Wedgewood Building Company, and the experience from planning through completion was excellent. What impressed me most, however, was the outstanding Warranty Service team. From the very beginning, they were attentive and responsive—promptly addressing move-in details, providing follow-up support as needed, and returning after my first year to complete drywall, paint, and trim touch-ups with care and efficiency.
In particular, I’d like to recognize Max E., who consistently went above and beyond. As my primary contact, he communicated clearly, responded quickly, scheduled work without delay, and ensured that every item on my list was handled thoroughly. Max’s professionalism and dedication reflect the high standards of Wedgewood and make him a true asset to the company.

3 years since closing and still waiting on walkthrough, 30 day and 1 year fixes. Have spent a lot on repairs that should have been done right during construction.

I had an issue with the master bathroom sink separating from the Granite. I called Wedgewood to ask for a recommended person to reinstall the sink. My Wedgewood home is 7 years old. Wedgewood had one of their building supervisors call me, and Evan, took care of the issue right away at no cost to me. They were responsive and took care of everything with a follow up making sure the repair was completed to my satisfaction.
Stellar custom home builder & great experience. Professional architectural design & custom construction services provided. Outstanding interior design staff assist with all color & materials decisions throughout the building process, enhancing the truly custom experience. Takes custom building to a higher level. Nothing 'cookie cutter' here. Taking ownership at completion is so rewarding. Looking back at how it started - with ideas on a piece of paper - to becoming the best, most beautiful place to live for the next 10-20 years.
Wedge wood is building a house on our street. The building site is a mess. Trash everywhere. Sidewalk grass not mowed. We have had Old Town build next to us and the site is immaculate. For such a high end builder they need some oversight. I hope the quality of there build is better than their professionalism and respect for a neighborhood.
Months pass with no response to related emails asking for updates on warranty work. They care more about building more houses than taking care of customers. They can't replace missing shingles, fix sunken concrete, overflowing water softener plumbing, or simple mortar for months. 6 months into owning the home and they finally replaced the shingles last month.
Home looks great and they eventually will stand by their warranty, but you've got to chase them for months to get them to do it. It's exhausting, but maybe that's what they want. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel this is my only option.
I would also add that if you look at the positive reviews most of them are from their sub-contractors who benefit from helping their employer.
Update 4/21/2023: Gary McNutt and Wedgewood have taken steps to address a design defect from my house long-after the house was built. They stand behind their work and want to make their customers happy with their product, even for second-hand owners like myself. Their architectural and design philosophies are overall first-rate and I would definitely enlist their services in the future.
