We have used Tristar Tech Solutions Ltd (TTSL) extensively over the last 5 years. They created three websites on our behalf - based on the Opencart platform. In addition they assisted us in integrating with both a cloud based ecommerce inventory management platform and a marketplace integration platform. We are able contact TTSL via phone easily throughout the working week often able to resolve questions/issues there and then. They are prompt in replying to email. In 2012 I launched my own music festival, we decided that we could create our own website, within 10 minutes of tickets going on sale our website collapsed!!!! - I contacted Tristar Tech solutions and within a couple of hours Pauls team had set up a separate page for ticket sales , which eased the traffic on our site.
