Getting a new roof is a big expense, and I personally recommend Roofworx to take care of it. I feel confident in the quality of the work that this team did, and the entire process was seamless, credit to Mike the project manager. Mike was extremely communicative, punctual, and he kindly answered my many questions and accommodated my requests. Roofworx replaced our single story low slope roof with a modified bitumen self adhered product, installed new gutters and replaced a few rotted boards under the eaves. The crew was punctual and polite. The work was completed on schedule (4 days of work total) and passed inspection on the first go. Roofworx / Mike was the only bid I received that flagged that my chimney was missing a code-required cricket, which they installed. (The other bidders agreed it was needed when I went back and asked them). Pricing was competitive and included the best warranties of the bids I received.

Donnacha has been incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate his honesty and the fact that he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He went above and beyond to understand what my city requires in terms of permitting. Outstanding job. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and integrity in other companies. I highly recommend Donnacha and his team!

I called Roofworx for a quote to repair my house's gutter which came off after recent heavy wind. Donnacha came in the same day, gave me a reasonable quote. They came back after 2 days to fix the gutter and completed the job professionally . I recommend them.

I recently had a leak fixed by Roofworx. Donnacha came to look at the leak and explained in detail how he and his team would go about fixing the leak. He also sourced replacement tiles for the section of the roof where the source of the leak was. He was communicative throughout the roughly 2-3 day project, stopping on-site multiple times to check in on the progress. His team was professional and efficient. And they cleaned up afterwards. The services and work detailed in the estimate were performed as expected and the process was overall went smoothly, with little disruptions.
