I recently relocated to NC and had to get new insurance. I had gotten frustrated looking at Marketplace, so I called Atrium to ask a few questions and the receptionist was so kind and generous that she referred me to The Jordan Insurance Agency. Mr. Jordan was amazing responsive and receptive. It took him 30 minutes to explain the different options and sign me up, whereas I had wasted 2 hours of time on the Marketplace website. TJIA also saved me money. My financial advisor’s jaw dropped when I told him. 😂 You will absolutely not regret working with TJIA!

I was first connected with The Jordan Insurance Agency through my job at Home Instead. Since we were already covered through my husband job, Mr. Billy Jordan explained that I was good and didn't need to get coverage from them at that time. Fast forward to a month later and we ended up needing to switch from what my husband's job was offering. I reached back out the agency & I'm so glad I did. Mr. Jordan took his time to explain what my options were, and what the benefits were with each plan & the network the plans were for. I chose the plan that was in the best interest of my youngest daughter that has special needs and the network her doctors where in. Mr. Jordan helped me to make the best choice for her. We also opted for the dental insurance as well as the health insurance, and with both combined we were able to save hundreds of dollars with them, than we would have on just the health insurance alone that my husband's job is offering. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any insurance needs. I've already referred several people from my husbands job and I'm sure they'll be just as pleased with the results as we are.
