Erin, I am so glad that the care I provided you has helped you and that you finally did give in and get the tools to help you to hold your adjustment better, resulting in your ankles, hips, and low back, feeling better than they did before. The foundation to your spine is your feet, and if they are problematic, correcting those issues are important. That is why I not only specialize in spinal correction, but also doing hands on work with the feet as well as providing the necessary support through customized orthotics.

It is unfortunate that you decided to write this negative review. As any reader can see from other reviews, my practice has not had to deal with a delay for over 5 months to get a “letter of protection” from an attorney. (For those reading, a letter of protection allows a patient to receive treatment without paying anything to a provider knowing when their case settles, the attorney will make sure the provider gets paid. Sometimes that can take years.) I took care of you for 1.5 months, asking you throughout for the letter of protection which you said you would get from your attorney. I went above any beyond what most healthcare providers would in regard to waiting over 5 MONTHS to get a simple letter which would make sure when your case settled, that we would get paid. It doesn’t matter how little or how much was outstanding on your bill. Your balance was due and we repeatedly sent you statements with no response for a few months. Last month you promised that you would have the letter of protection. We told you we would give you another month to do so before taking further action. Another month passed and you still didn’t provide us an attorney name or the letter of protection. I don’t know of any business that would patiently wait for over 5 months to get paid without having any insight. Yes, I am first a healthcare provider who cares about my patients as the readers can see from our vast number of google reviews. But as most readers will appreciate, I have a business to run, rent to pay, etc. So we do expect payment in a reasonable timeframe or, unfortunately, we will take the next steps to get paid if necessary. This rarely if ever happens. I wish we could have avoided this unfortunate junction, however you could have provided the attorney info and this could have been avoided. You did not have to pay even 1 penny if the letter from the attorney was sent to us.

I have a simple philosophy. Take care of people the way I would want to be cared for. I appreciate that you value the care and it has been an honor to help you restore your health.
