Disappointing experience with the company recently. I have always had 2 units in my house and scheduled our yearly maintenance with them as I have in the past. The technician that showed up said he only had time to service one AC and I would need to call to schedule another day to service the second unit. Already a disappointing experience as I have always had 2 units. I called and scheduled the maintenance for the second unit for 7 days later (soonest available) and during that time, the unit stopped cooling off. The technician was scheduled to show up today between 1-6pm. I had confirmed my appointment and was home the whole time, but missed a call at 3:30pm with no voicemail or text message. When I returned the call an hour later, the technician said he could no longer come to my place, even though I have been home during the time scheduled and I would need to reschedule it for the next day. I called the company to reschedule it and both the receptionist and supervisor were very unhelpful. They would not be available to come to my place for another week or I would have to pay $125 for an after hour service call when the representative never showed up during the scheduled time!!! If I have an appointment confirmed for a window time and they have all information to access my community, I expect someone to show up. A missed call is not a reason to not show up to a confirmed appointment. Disappointing experience and terrible customer service. Switching companies!

Technician name Jared Buck displayed a great amount of professionalism n respect, he did a excellent job n was very respectful.Jared is a asset to airflow designs, n is one reason airflow has a great reputation. Hoping u encourage your employees n let them know of their great surveys

Eli was our tech today, he was prompt and repaired our issue in about an hour. He carefully cleaned up the loose insulation that fell out of the attic and show us everything that was done. Thank you Eli!

This morning, we found ourselves in a desperate situation when our AC system abruptly stopped working, leaving our house sweltering at 87 degrees. Despite the distance, Dery drove all the way from Orlando to Jacksonville to assist us the very same day. Dery's professionalism and expertise were immediately evident. Airflow designs had come by for fixing AC issues with my new house. The technician Bryan and right away knew the problem. And he even understood our frustration when a previous visit did not notice this problem as well and wanted to make sure his manager contacted me as well. Bryan then spoke with me about all the monthly maintenance to do to make sure I am good and what to do after the builder warranty expires with them. The lack of the fifth star was due to the visit by the technician before Bryan, who just said the AC was having issues because of a filter.
