I employed this company after finding them on Checkatrade.
They attended my property on 7/11/23 to fix some leaks to my roof as rainwater was seeping in. after spending less than an hour on the issue, they said they had fixed the leaks, but had done no work whatsoever. As soon as the rain returned, the leaks remained and is causing damage to our internal ceilings and carpet.
I have tried to contact them many times, but after an initial message saying that they would return, it is now 6 months later and no return. They ignore all calls or messages.
I have written to them to ask for a full refund. I also went through checkatrade and they denied they were part of their group!.

Quoted for one thing turned up and did another claiming it was the same. Also tried to get extra money by the usual 'oh this also needs doing....'
Roof is leaking again only a few months after they'd 'fixed' it. They gave a 10 year warranty and now no response on when they will come out.
I'll be taking this further but save yourself the hassle and find someone else! I'm over £700 out of pocket!

Cow boy traders
Do not use it. The worst trader I have used. I had my roof leakage so I uploaded my case to checkatrade. They approached me and I sent them photos for reference. They said that was minor problem £80. They came on time for the appointment and checked and said the condition really worst so need £1100 to rebed and repaint the ridges and definitely repaired the leakage. And they emphasized they provide 15years warranty. Therefore I decided to use their services. However, when they left my house my partner checked the loft and we still saw the hole there. And not surprised, it was still leakage. Also, after they came to my house, they used the ladder and caused my glutters moved and leaked too. After that, we called them back for few times for repair. Many times late, sudden cancelled the appointment. Now is still leaking. The first visit was Oct 2023. I tried to asked for refund but they refused to refund the money but they cannot repair my roof successfully. I am planning to small claim them. Recommend everyone to use trusted trader instead of this cow boy company.

Fix a missing bonnet (CV6)
Dean was brilliant from start to finish, called me first thing Monday morning to ask for photos of the job, once he had these he gave me a quote, once I had called him to say go ahead he said he would book it in for Friday afternoon, he then popped round Tuesday to have a look at the issue, and on Wednesday he called to say he was in the area as he had another job close by and came and fixed the bonnet, very quick and efficient. Sent photos of the work carried out, left the property clean and tidy. Could not be happier, would definitely use again in the future.

Flat Roof repairs (B14)
Flat roof repair done on 9/11/23 under 25 years warranty. But roof was leaking on 9/12/23. Added another layer of repair on 15/12/23. Within hour I shared video, I was told to be back in 10 minutes but no one came. I was asked to contact next week. I further shared videos on 01/01/24 in the morning and evening. I am not getting any response. I dont think their solution work as its leaking worse than before. No professional approach, incorrect invoice, cable displaced, material dumped into my house bin, not boss's details, behaviour completely changed. I have whatapp history and photos/videos

Small roof repair (B31)
There was a roof leak which was coming into my bedroom ceiling it had got very bad when we had the recent bad rain , I called Webbs roofing and they sent out an urgent response team even during the Christmas period they came out same day and swiftly fixed the issue.

Urgent leak repair (B31)
Following my post for an urgent roof repair, I was contacted by Webbs. They came out to give me a quote, were on time, very pleasant and gave me a reasonable quote. Work was carried out over two days, on the chimney, two slipped tiles and the valley in order to repair the roof, where rain water was coming through to the bedroom ceiling. After heavy rainfall, the rain came through again. Further repairs were carried out by Webbs. The problem is ongoing, as the roof is still letting rain in. Webbs have been to inspect but I have been unable to obtain a firm date for an urgent repair.

Initially a positive review was left as the service was swift and the repair was completed with a 4 year warranty. However, following this further visits were needed as the repair wasn't successful. Another visit was made with the promise of a refund if that didn't work (which it didn't) and since then messages/telephone calls are either unanswered or promises made are not followed through. I am still left with a leaking roof and still waiting for the refund as promised.

Loft flat roof repair (B14)
Webbs arrived to quote as promised, didn’t bring ladders so unable to closely inspect. Arrived to carry out agreed work promptly, work carried out pretty quickly (fairly small job re-securing rubber surface). Video of completed work shown when complete and work backed up by a 2 year guarantee. Within a few days noticed that the rubber surface was flapping up in wind again as before work was carried out. Phoned as soon as noticed, to his credit, Karl promised to come the next day and rectify. He did, was apologetic, and carried out additional work. Yet to see how long the repair lasts.

Excellent experience with this firm. Window cleaner had noticed felt coming away from boards on a flat roof along the front of the house. Mike came, inspected and immediately gave us a fair and detailed quote. Myself and neighbour accepted the quote and wil and James came a few days late. They were first-rate workmen; hardworking, friendly, polite and tidy. They finished the job promptly despite interruption for rain. The job was carried out exactly in line with the specification. Flat roof, highly recommend (B36)
I was experiencing problems with my roof which I had another few roofers come out to look at the problem however the problem was never solved so I was recommended webs roofing by a neighbour. They did seem more pricy however it was well worth it as the problem is finally fixed!!! This was 2 months ago and still no problems. Honestly I couldn’t recommend enough, very friendly team as well. Gutter repair (Birmingham)
We needed a gutter end sorting and a gutter bracket fixing as the previous one had fell off and the gutter was sagging. They came round fairly quickly to have a look and quote, seemed nice enough booked us in very quickly to get it sorted. They called me whilst doing the work saying the roof could do with a clean it's covered in moss and there was some mortar missing from the ridge tiles. That was going to be an additional £750-£800. The issue with the gutters have not been fixed and having messaged them several times I am now being ignored. There is more but I don't have enough characters

I had a roof leak and called them on a Saturday morning; they arrived on time. They provided a fixed quote but discovered more damage once they started. Despite this, they stuck to the agreed price, which impressed me as a homeowner who couldn't see the issues myself being in the roof. They showed the damage with photos, purchased extra materials, and offered a 10-year guarantee. I wholeheartedly recommend them; they're truly nice guys.

Roofing Repair (Bromsgrove)
Had this company out to complete repairs to a roof valley, due to water ingress. Did not fix the problem! Valley repair/replacement and EPS trays were meant to be installed. 2 days work done in 1/2 day by 6 guys and 1 ladder.Called out another roofer to fix the problem and told me that that the valley was not even touched. Mono ridge riles were not installed on the back edge of the side of property (just wedged standing on their edges). No photo's/ communication on what they had done. No clean up and left ridge tiles onsite. Rating is not accurate at all and not professional roofers.
