The biggest online sourced from China - bait and switch! Update! 2/3/25. Nice new all 5 star reviews - most FAKE! Awfully, suspicious. That’s what they do! let’sThese people are running a mass scam out of China - Just GOOGLE wear felicity Chicago! I won’t stop until something is done with this company- on obviously no one else stood up to them bc they are relentless. SO AM I. Most give up bc they constantly block etc. NOT ME. Welcome to the wrath of Lindsay. ZERO STARS! WOW what an awful experience. I usually only write supportive reviews, but this has been the biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with! I did NO research before buying from them. But by all their fake reviews and saw it was USA made ( i thought) I bought a very special sentimental charm for my husband who’s mother passed in 2004. They sent the complete wrong bracelets with two people inside we had no idea who they were! And the quality itself of the photo inside was TERRIBLE! Then to prove we weren’t lying they literally made us do a VIDEO of that tiny charm to prove it wasn’t the picture or charm they sent us! Photos are no longer good enough for returns. Since they are scammers they think we are 🤣 Here’s the lesson! I AM NEVER using AMAZON, TIKTOK shop or anything from IG bc I got scammed by vintage stitch co as well! Check them out. I did them a huge favor and made them a yelp page anyways. My money stays in the USA from now on. Both places have a US address but source from China! They’ll ignore emails and any comments bc they know they are scammers! Never again ! This is my reply to their response: I have a question. If you’re so concerned about customer issues why were the emails rude, blocked and then overkill in order for us to prove we got the wrong charm. Constantly being grilled about the order number, the email, my name! They could have easily solved the issue but they DID NOT WANT TO until I started to reveal their business practice online. Do not come on here holier than thou and act like actually care? Wow! So pathetic! If you cared this would have been solved two months ago, but you didnt want to do anything until I was relentless and went online and told the truth about your company! NO THANK YOU! You had TWO months to solve the problem!!!!! This happens to everyone btw- 74 one star rating on Yelp. BBB F rating non accredited business with hundreds of complaints. Quality sucks, customer service or their lack of and the fact social sites let them sell tells me ONE thing! NEVER buying anything outside US. Deleted all my apps including Amazon!

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I am so utterly frustrated I will never recommend or order from this place ever again. Worst nonexistent customer service ever. My order took almost 2 months to complete and I still haven't received it. I messaged them saying I wanted an update on my order then when I didn't get a response after the 3rd time asking after already waiting for over a month I asked to cancel then got an automated message saying I can't cancel my order even though I should had received it awhile ago according to their "25 day" process. After getting fed up with the lack of updates and response after so long i finally put in multiple requests in a row saying i should have gotten my order by now and i want to cancel, they then strung me along creating my shipping label sending me the tracking and still hasnt been sent out days later. I will be spreading the word to anyone I know to never buy from this company. Worst experience ever. Horrible and disgusted with companies like this. Wish i could give Negative stars.

Poorly crafted Ordered a bracelet with plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. It came 12/27. The picture had white spots throughout. I contacted them. The wanted a video of the picture. That was no easy task but I got it. Vine to find out the crystal was cracked. I sent it to them. They said it was my video skills. They clearly do not want to back their poor quality product. I clearly cannot give this to the intended person and I asked for refund. They will not give me one. So buyer beware. Poor craftsmanship and quality with disappointing customer service

I ordered a bracelet for Christmas, that arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as expected. However, shortly after opening the bracelet, one of the links broke. I reached out to customer service, and did not receive a response for over a week. After reaching out again, the company responded and asked for photos. I provided the photos, and again, no response from the company for more than I week. I reached out for a follow up. No response. I have accepted that Im out of luck on getting this resolved with the company, but wanted to warn itber buyers to avoid buying from this company.

I ordered a bracelet for Christmas on December 10. I fully understand it is the holiday season. It finally came 12/30, with someone else's picture in it. I have tried contacting them in every way possible, chat, email, social media. They provide half-ass responses. Do not respond.

If I could give 0 I would. There is never customer service response. I got email saying my order was ready to ship 10 days ago but still hasnt shipped. I wish I would have looked at reviews prior to purchasing from this company. NEVER AGAIN!!

This company is truly horrendous with both contact and customer service. I placed 2 orders with them prior to Christmas, one of which was 12/11. My items are still set to ship and have not. They were all customized gifts for the holidays and were not received! I reached out to them over 4x for updates and received generic email response. It is so disappointing that not one person could give me a valid answer as to when my purchase would ship. I also find it frustrating that there is no contact phone number, just email. I will never recommend Wear Felicity to another person.

Not the Best Experience Product very poor. Nothing States it is best seen by ca mm era lens. Very misleading. Customer service "I don't care attitude - it is what it is." So disappointing could not even give the gift. Would have been embarrassed. Do NOT bother to purchase, you'll be disappointed... greatly.

Ive Never received them! Tried contacting them twice and have not gotten a response! Never even got shipping info as some othered stating they have and never received items!

I wish I had seen these reviews b 4 I purchased from this company!! I purchased a bracelet with charms and didnt receive one charm. They had no problem charging my credit card. ****** learned!! I will tell anyone who will listen about this company. Good concept, terrible company and customer service!!! They dont even deserve 1 star!!??

Immediately after I paid, I realized I made a costly mistake. Since theres no customer service number, I sent an email. It took them 2 days to respond and they said they couldnt change the order since it was placed 2 days prior. I will never order from them again. BAD customer service. ??

BUYERS BEWARE. I ordered some ornaments on December 8th, and 3 weeks later still nothing. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts but Christmas has came and passed so that's ruined. I emailed customer service twice and have never received a reply from anyone. It's been crickets since I ordered, no updates, no response from customer service, nothing. They sure took my $168 without a problem though. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT order from this company!!!!

Order a Christmas gift 12/10. Emailed on 12/22 bc I still hadnt received it or any communication other than my order was place - today is 12/29 and still no rely from anyone from this company as to where my order is or an est delivery date. This was a special gift and they really need to include a turn around time that is seen for their customers and at least communicate with their customers. I can only hope it arrives sooner rather than later at this point.
