Everyone is so nice, caring, and supportive - not just in your improvements from the classes, but in your personal life as well!! they have helped me learn how to properly weight train and how to eat better! everyone that works there genuinely cares about you and your well being! I highly, highly, highly recommend you check them out! I started in July and if you would have told me that within 3 months I would be flipping a 225lb tire about 36 times I would have laughed in your face. I can stand here today and say that not only did I do that but it felt ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 💪💪😁😁 Give it a try for just 1 month like I did and you'll be surprised at how much better you feel! I enjoy working out at UFit North more than any other gym I’ve been signed up for. Molly and her team make it personal, each workout and their nutritional guidance is there to serve my purpose for the next week or month. The big gyms have nothing to offer that can compete with the personal fitness guidance that UFit North offers.

I can’t say enough good things about this fitness studio. Great group and individual training options with personal trainers who are knowledgeable and modify workouts according to needs. Nutrition advice to help you understand what foods are best and what foods to avoid. The facility is well run with clean and updated equipment. Thank you, Ufit North, for holding me accountable and helping me continue to reach my wellness goals.
