We have been searching for a water filter for our house. We had a problem of salt water and brown water. Tried many small filters and we have installed cylinders but not satisfied with the outcome. Through our friend we got to know about Water Sparks first of all they are so nearby to our place so we approached them directly to their office, they explained us in detail and they tested our water and now we have their whole house system to remove color and salt from the water end results are complete satisfactory and happy with the product and team support after sales. Cost wise we felt initially the budget was high but still we took a chance to try Water Sparks fortunately it came well. Thanks team.

Worst !! Never take their service.. Very low grade supplies and poor service.. High price but cheap quality... Cheaters.. Doing paid google reviews..

What product have you purchased from us and is expensive and what is the problem sir , so we support you. You have not mentioned the product. If we find defect in our product we are ready to give instant full refund . Seems review is done wantedly to lower our grade. Reviews already got are over period of more than 10 years . Dont put wrong messages.

We successfully installed Dish washer Ro in our home and now the dishwasher is working as expected. Thanks for water sparks for your amazing product and for your wonderful service.We were staying out of city but still the service person came on time and did the installation.We really wanted to thank Faarish sir and technical person Manoharan sir for the continous support and follow up even after installing product.

RO plant supplied was fitted with lower market products. Parts kept failing one after another.
Was promised Danfoss Pressure switch in the pictures before placing order but received some cheap chinese pressure switch that stopped working within a year.
Brass solenoid (techno chinese make) valve was fitted instead of SS 304 grade. This failed and started leaking after one year, nobody could service this valve in the market. had to spend 2k to replace SS 304 valve.
One by one even non critical parts kept failing, UV lamp adapter has a lose connection and wont turn on unless shaken. Due to this continuous issues, not able to run plant in auto mode, always have to run in manual mode only.
I wouldnt recommend. Most people in this industry get away with providing sub standard parts and cheat the customer.

I am using water sparks water treatment for about 10 months now , I had evaluated many suppliers before zeroing in on Water sparks for fully automatic Iron treatment and water softener, as the water in my location requires this .
I have experience that the water softener is truly beneficial as my tiles and the glass partition have the least deposits on them and the water spots on my fittings are negligible, the iron treatment is not upto my satisfaction, but I write this as I had a bad experience with metro water where the sewage water mixed with the metro water supply and I had to call on water sparks to contain the damage with a sense of foreboding that they will give excuses and postpone visiting me , but they responded on time and sorted out the problem without any delay I am really happy with the service rendered by water sparks , then I took up the issue with them about the iron treatment they were quick to respond that they will look into it and give me full satisfaction for this issue too , i then realised that I had not told them about my problem so how will they solve it , their instant answer that we shall fix it to your satisfaction boosted my confidence on the decision to go with water sparks inspite of the many offerings in the market and it was so confusing at that of deciding from who to buy my water treatment plant , now I must say that I am really satisfied with Water Sparks response and instant action , regarding the product I have no hesitation to endorse them for domestic water treatment solutions .
I shall follow up this with another review after 6 months to give a more clearer response of the product quality, this review is to endorse their service promptness
