Buckle up yall this is long
Dr Gulati was okay. Nice guy, he was kind in my endoscopy. Everything else was a horror show. Scheduling team booked me out way too long to see him. I waited all that time and then he said we could do an endoscopy to check things out, great! I chose full sedate at the hospital and the front desk said because of that, someone else would call to schedule me. They also said that person is on vacation (office manager). Totally understand. They told me I should have gotten a call in a couple days. I remember calling for like 2 weeks because no one would call me. I got a call from someone to schedule and I thought, finally. They got me scheduled and thought that was that, it was a month or two out but I was fine with that. A day or two later I got a call from a woman to schedule me. I told her I was already scheduled to which she replied “oh they scheduled you for here but you were getting scheduled for the hospital for full sedation” I thought- how did they screw that up??? Anyway, I wait even longer for my endoscopy but everything is scheduled so I don’t really care about the wait. Endoscopy itself went amazing but that was at the hospital. I got my results from pathology the Monday after. I called immediately JUST because I didn’t know if they typically call. The lady on the phone said that they have to wait to get the results since they aren’t connected to MyChart. Made total sense. Sunday after, I see the results were uploaded to their system. I didn’t get a call still so I called Tuesday. Very nice and helpful lady on the phone who said “no worries I’ll send a message to the nurse to give you a call” 48 hours and nothing, so I call again and she said “oh yeah we told them to call you, I’ll send a message and mark it urgent” She told me I hear hear something today. Almost 5 and still nothing. I call and someone else picks up. When I ask this other lady about it she says “Yes the nurse had to send it to doctor (I don’t remember) because dr gulati is on vacation. I’m thinking… are you kidding me? You guys have had this for days, and I’m having to harass you… again! To feel heard and actually do something. I said to her with my blood boiling “ok we’ll do you have a time frame because I’ve been waiting weeks” (for context mind endoscopy was two weeks ago so a little off but I was angry and flustered) to which she replies “well it hasn’t been weeks, your procedure was on the 29th? Ok and we got the results on Thursday, typically it should be about 24 hours” That was the last thing I needed to hear. The last straw. After hearing her say that to me, I’m getting my call and switching. I will never be going here again. If you’re reading this congrats, you were really invested haha
And for the people at WaGi who are gonna respond that they are sending this to compliance or whatever because you guys “care” I doubt it. I just read many bad reviews of the same response which means yall have had these issues for a long time and they are clearly still happening. I was gonna talk to someone about my experience but not anymore because it’s clear nothing will change

I had my first colonoscopy at WAGI Puyallup Endoscopy Center, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Rajesh Manam for his professionalism and excellent care. He made the procedure smooth, quick, and comfortable.
A special thank you to the amazing nursing team—Emerald, Debra, and Terra—for being so kind, caring, and reassuring throughout my visit. Thank you also to Christopher, the procedure assistant, and Riley, my anesthesia provider, for making me feel safe and comfortable from start to finish.
Everyone treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. The facility was clean, organized, and the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring.
Thank you all for the outstanding care. I highly recommend WAGI Puyallup Endoscopy Center to anyone needing a colonoscopy or other endoscopy procedures.
Staff has deleted appointments for me without telling me and then scheduled a new one the next day without my permission so then I had to call day off to demand that they cancel the appointment without charging me a no show since they booked the appointment without confirmation from me after they botched the appointment I actually agreed to.
Billing also doesn't generate itemized receipts so when you pay you don't actually know which bill you are paying for and when they send off 5 different bills to two separate companies (for the same procedure and the same date of service) with the same cpt codes it becomes very confusing trying to confirm that all the billing is accurate. So then you spend 3 months trying to get that information from them and they are incompetent and send you documents that have half the information cut off the page because the data is in landscape mode but they export is as portrait mode. They also tell you that they'll mail the information to you instead of offering to email it you because thats actually faster so you then have to wait a week or more to get a letter in the mail that isn't accurate. And also when you contact them for a FULL ITEMIZED LEDGER so you are able to check their work they don't include all the days of service.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Doherty and I really appreciate his willingness to listen.
He presented different options for care and was open to me saying that I preferred to start conservative. It’s a nice experience when as a patient you are part of shared decision making. He is very personable and made me feel comfortable discussing health issues. Thank you for a pleasant visit.
Awesome staff and very caring. Dr. Darren Schwartz is understanding, caring and takes his time to make sure we understood everything. This was my second time around. There was a follow-up call the next morning . Thank you all for your kindness and support. Felt so nervous but was put at ease . Best to all .
I can't thank you enough!
Dr. Parker is nice, very professional, an excellent listener, and highly skilled at developing and communicating a plan of treatment. She investigated my symptoms thoroughly and listened to all my medical concerns. Both me and my husband have seen her for treatment and were very satisfied with the care we received. My examinations included endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy and my husband had a colonoscopy. All of these procedures were conducted flawlessly. It’s hard to find doctors like Dr. Parker. We highly recommend her. Also, the facility is very clean and the nurses and staff are all kind, helpful and patient.
In November 2025, I made an appointment at this clinic. It was scheduled for January, but got canceled and rescheduled for February. A few weeks later, the appointment was again canceled on me and rescheduled for April. Sometime in April they canceled the appointment again and rescheduled it for June. Today, June 22, 2026. I received a letter in the mail canceling my appointment this week. I don’t think I’ll ever get to see these people. Beware of scheduling an appointment With them as I am sure they do not have enough staff and will only cancel the appointment.
