From the very start the communication was brilliant. Logan was fantastic all the way through, he had all the answers to my questions, he knew exactly what he was talking about and made me feel like I was being looked after all the way through from booking the op right the way through to the aftercare. As for the op itself I shall let the professionals explain that to anyone interested but the clinic I went to the staff were fantastic, clearly very very experienced in their field and very friendly too. Overall there are a lot of companies out there and it’s a bit of a minefield when it comes to hair transplants but I can highly recommend going through WantHair to have yours done and I am really really happy that I did.

From the very first time I reached out to want hair they have been brilliant, my consultant Logan has been very informative from the very first phone call, to the point I literally had no questions to ask him myself because he covered everything! The day of the surgery couldn’t have gone any better, considering I was a complete nervous wreck they were all very calming and again informing you all the time of what’s going to happen. Surgery for me was around 6 hours (Fulham clinic) it’s changed my life already after just 10 days, best money I have ever spent! If you are toying with the idea of getting a HT jump straight in with want hair! You won’t regret it! TRUST THE PROCESS

Very pleasant experience from the initial consultation from Logan, very easy going, knowledgeable and not pushy. The team doing the surgery were super friendly and very professional, they know what theyre doing and great after care from Becky and Logan. Such a big personal decision but put at ease along every step of the way by the team.

The support from start to finish has been amazing! I'm 10th day post transplant and everything went so smoothly. Ed has been amazing from booking to post care. Becky was also fantastic in helping with After care! It's a scary experience but I'm very happy I took the plunge as it's going to be life changing. I 100% recommend Want Hair though, made the whole experience a lot less stressful! Especially not having to travel on a plane etc.

Absolutely excellent experience. I am currently 10 days post opp and I can say (although it is early days) this is one of the best things I have done for my self confidence. The care and consultation along with the aftercare provided by Logan was excellent and couldn’t be faulted. As a person in their early 20’s it can be daunting to do something like this but Logan felt very relatable and easy to talk to about any questions I had. Thanks Logan! The procedure itself was simple and pain free. I opted to get it done in London at the FKS clinic. All of the staff were great and a really good process. Thanks Want Hair, I look forward to seeing what my results looks like in 6 months!

Senior Consultant Logan’s Customer Service approach was second to none! He was on call from day one with professional approach to all questions and answers I requested, with an Aftercare practice which is on hand if ever required. No Sales calls were involved only friendly calls for friendly advice! It’s been two weeks since I had the hair transplant, very happy with the outcome and what astonished me is that I had no pain whatsoever! I was given a weeks medication with no side effects The clinic was methodically clean. The WantHair Team were all welcoming professional and friendly I can’t thank everyone involved enough Anthony “)

Want hair we’re really good from start to finish. I had my transplant done in Kenton road London and was seamless start to finish. Really helpful being added to a WhatsApp group to answer any questions no matter how big or small. I’m hoping I won’t need another transplant but if I do I’ll be using these again

Right from first contact with Logan at Want Hair through to having the procedure done and the follow up afterwards, my experience had been nothing but great. Never pushy in selling, Logan and the whole team put me at ease and made what could have been a nerve wracking trip to Istanbul really straight forward. Dr Gizem and her team really made me feel well taken care of, so much so I was falling asleep during some of the procedure. I’m in the shedding stage now 4 weeks on so just waiting to see the full results! Thanks guys!

So far so good, 5 stars. The process was professional at all stages. I’m 10 days post surgery. I especially liked the touch of the interpreter in Istanbul. Was like having a freind there. I got 4600 grafts. The process on the day went really quick and was like someone scratching your head after the numbing injections. Special thanks to Ed. Great to have advice with someone who has been through the process at hand on WhatsApp. Looking forward to the results but I’m patient too … thanks to the team … great work :)
