Outstanding job¹

John Palmer was my technician. He came out the same day I called and the price was reasonable. He had to replace the capacitor on my heat pump. He was very personable. No hesitation to have them over again!

Mike Fahmie is a very experienced and hard working technician. Although we haven't confirmed or finalize the job to fix our AC/Furance yet, I still want to appreciate and praise Mike of his job's well done and will certainly contact him for other maintenance works going forward.

Found out I have air filtration system with heat pump. So scheduled a maintenance check up for R April 30th. Professionals the two of them.

My Gas Furnace stopped working 4 days ago, I contacted Mike the following morning and he sent out a crew Will and Andre (whom were really courteous & professional) to diagnose the problem by the afternoon . It was determined there was a need to replace two or three parts. Mike came out the next day and double checked the diagnoses and recommended replacing the aging furnace, since the cost of repairs would be too high and other parts could fell as well. Serhii came out on Saturday Morning and went above and beyond the call of duties, he reconfigured the original faulty set up, rebuilt a frame, replaced all the connecting parts, secured the gas pipe that was previously loose, etc., and the entire time he acted professionally and took the time to answer my question. I was really impressed with him and his excellent work.
