Ryan Walsh and his team helped me to purchase my first apartment in 2018. They made it extremely easy and smooth for me to buy my first apartment. This Year I bought my second apartment and I reached out to Ryan Walsh for a good reason.  We closed on my second property on July 8th, 2024 and both the process and closing felt like breathing, very easy and natural. I cannot express how grateful I am for their help and how easy they make the buying and selling process for their clients. No need to say Walsh & Gilad represents me as the seller's attorney on the e property I am selling. There are no words I can use to describe How AMAZING this team is! Highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience with Ryan and his staff members. Ryan was able to answer every single question I had and, due to my schedule, he made himself available to me before and after business hours - even with his responsibilities as a doting husband and father. Ryan made suggestions that made my deal even better than what I had originally negotiated. Furthermore, in addition to his high level of deal knowledge, he's just a really nice, lighthearted man who is a good conversationalist and can make you smile on the worst days (thank God!). We hired Ryan Walsh to represent us on the sale of our house. Unfortunately, after the very first request for him to review a sales agreement, he became unresponsive and, for lack of a better word, ghosted us. Unclear for what reason. This was in August and we still haven't heard from him. Very surprised that someone in this profession would operate this way.

I had a wonderful experience working with this firm. Everyone I engaged with was very nice and helpful. Albert ended up being my attorney and he was patient and extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process which wound up taking a lot longer than anticipated. I worked with Ryan Walsh and Albert Hakimi with my first home purchase. It was a grueling process due to rising interest rates and my own financial limitations. I was hoping to get a first-time homeowner grant, but I came across so many issues with eligibility requirements. Ryan and Albert were incredibly patient and responsive, often sending late night emails and reaching out to other parties to assist in finding grants that were available to me. Both Ryan and Albert went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to close on a property. They were persistent when the bank was unresponsive and made themselves available despite the unusually long process. I am grateful for their professionalism and dedication. I doubt that I would have been able to purchase my first home without them. I am incredibly grateful.
