Worst service ever. Worst attitude ever. Lapsed my policy twice in two years. Even with me notifying them. Bethany hung up on me. Wally never followed up. Jordan admitted fault but nothing for my grief. Awful. Was a client since 2015. Do something else if it’s not your passion.

Worse service I've ever experienced. Jordan wallace doesnt return calls. Let's insurance lapse among other poor service. Theres better insurance agency that are more worthy of your mone .
