Highly Recommended My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a Saturday afternoon in the company of Gareth who looked after us brilliantly during the tour. A decent walk around the city to some venues we knew and some that we didn't, a warm welcome each time we arrived and great food and wine. Highly recommended.

A We had an amazing time on our food tour in Liverpool. Paul was an excellent guide and provided with an "around the world" food tour. We started at an incredible local bakery and then proceeded to a locally owned Mexican place "Madre". The host explained Mezcal and the proper way to enjoy this drink. We moved on to a nice tea shop and then proceeded to a Spanish Deli/cheese shop. The spanish wine and cheese was outstanding. Finally, Paul said we were going to have a "large" meal at an Italian place. The food kept coming and we walked away thinking we were in Italy! Paul provided us with a tremendous amount of Liverpool history and shared many tibbits about his country. Thanks for a wonderful day!

Great tour for our school groups We took a group of 58 pupils and split into three groups across the day they each had an hour and a half walking tour of the city and its walls. Gareth delivered a great tour that was well pitched for three groups of teenagers!

Amazing experience from beginning to end! Gareth made the booking and organising so easy and seamless. The tour itself was so much fun, interesting and of course we got to visit, eat and drink at some great places…. Some of which I’d never heard of or seen despite being a local. Big thanks and kudos to our guide Trev! He was the icing on the cake!

Really good food tour I went on the walking tour with 2 friends. We weren't entirely sure what to expect but we were all blown away. Paul was a lovely and welcoming tour guide. I dint want to give away too much about the food but it was worth the money. We started at 1pm and from then we didn't really stop eating until about 5.30pm. If you're trying to decide whether to go or not, just go. It's so much fun and small groups too so you don't get lost in the crowd at any point. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Liverpool Food Tours - a great outdoor outing! Highly recommend! Gareth introduced us to great food as well as local history on our guided food tour while we cruised the British Isles and docked in Liverpool. We were a group of five and he made us feel very welcome. From local, family owned restaurants to the Liverpool Tea Warehouse, Gareth guided our walk. We enjoyed delicious pastries, Mexican tacos and pizza and pasta. Plus a shot of mezcal!

The best way to explore Liverpool! We spent an amazing afternoon exploring Liverpool, learning about the history of the city and eating at some fantastic local eateries. Paul was personable, fun and extremely knowledgeable. We gained such an appreciation for Liverpool that we would have never received from a guidebook or exploring the city on our own. We will be spending the remainder of our stay exploring the city based on Paul’s recommendations! And the food and beverages were also delicious - we love supporting local businesses. 5+ stars!

Food and history unite This is an amazing way to spend an afternoon with friends and family. We are absolute foodies who love a bit of history and this is the perfect combination. Paul was an amazing guide who brought the city to life. I loved the fact that we were supporting small independent businesses that were excited to showcase their food and drink. The delicatessen at lunya was so exciting we went back afterwards and purchased food for home. I could not recommend this tour any more other than to say.....go and experience it for yourself x

Lovely way to spend an afternoon in Liverpool Our host Gareth was really friendly and knowledgeable about the city and all the cuisine. It was a great way to learn the best spots to find amazing food and drink in the city. Would recommend for any first time visitors to Liverpool (as well as locals as we were shown lots of hidden gems!) Thank you Gareth and the team for a fantastic afternoon!

GREAT DAY OUT FOR ALL THE FAMILY Having previously done the Chester tour and enjoying it so much we chose to try the Shrewsbury food tour to celebrate my birthday. We certainly weren’t disappointed, Gareth gave us a fabulous afternoon. We tried some great food starting with Pierogi at The Shed, the owners were so lovely and made us feel very welcome so off to an excellent start. The visit to the market was a highlight where we sampled delicious pork pie and sausage rolls from The Wild Kitchen deli counter, that was all washed down with a refreshing gin and tonic upstairs in the market at Gin Different. What we weren’t expecting though was to be taken on a small tour around Tanners where a very knowledgeable and delightful young man called Tom talked us through the history of tanners and gave us a sample of red and white wine. The day was finished off at the ice cream shop where we made our own cone and filled it with ice cream of our choice. Perfect end to a perfect day. Gareth makes an excellent guide, you instantly feel very comfortable in his company. He is interesting, knowledgeable and good fun, so thank you from us all for a fun day.

Awesome wine tour We went on the walking wine tour and had a absolutely great time! Places we have never been , wines we have never tasted or heard of and everyone was so lovely , even got a anniversary card from the tour guide , what a nice personal touch ! Can't fault it !as we are from the Wirral we weren't sure if we would get to see many new places but absolutely can add all four of them to our list of new favourite places to go !

Shrewsbury Food and Drink Tour - Easter 2024 We did the Shrewsbury food and drink tour on Good Friday and really enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Gareth, made all the difference as he's a really great guy and obviously loves what he is doing. Gareth picked out 5 places for us to eat and they were all fantastic (The Shed, PONT, Wild Street Kitchen, STOP Cafe and Gelatistry). He asked us to rank them in order of what we enjoyed the most and it was almost impossible. There's a food festival in Shresbury in June and we're definetely going to visit that and revisit the places from the tour. I would highly recommend this tour, if you like walking, food, drink and good company. It's a great way to spend an afternoon. On a final note, how can scotch eggs, sausage rolls and custard tarts be that good?
