Walkerclimate care offers fantastic customer service! They were able to come quickly --same day service-- the technician immediately found the issue and a replacement hot water tank was installed. My house had hot water again after less than 24hrs from the initial call. Friendly knowledgeable, reasonably priced and Professional Service highly recommend

I had onsite consultation with Darcy Aitkens from walker ClimateCare to assess my home for the possible installation of a gas fireplace. My entire experience with Walker ClimateCare - specifically the staff at the office and Darcy at my residence was very positive. All the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. With their obvious experience, expertise and use of modern technology I would highly recommend Walker ClimateCare to anyone needing their particular services.

I had Brock out today to replace a broken part on my tankless water heater . He was polite, professional and respectful of my home. When I booked the work the office associate was very polite and professional as well. All my dealings with this company are excellent. I highly recommend Walker’s Climate Care.

Having recently moved to Cornwall, I was looking for a good company to carry out general maintenance on my Heat pump. Found Walker Climate Care and was quite impressed from my first phone call. Lady named Christine was able to answer my questions and booked a date for me. I was sent details of the engineer prior to his arrival yesterday and Andrew did a fantastic job, showing and explaining the work he carried out. I find talking on the phone with the team is better than email. Addition: As one of the heads was left to be serviced due to not having the technician not having the correct ladder for the height, another day was rescheduled. This time, a different technician, Ethan came around. Very courteous and sweet. Job was completed on time allowing me to make my appointment.

Placed an emergency call last evening. The young lady that took my call was very courteous. She said I would receive a call shortly , which i did within 15 mins. After speaking with the tech , he arrived 1/2 later. He assessed the problem. He called a couple friends and one had the part he needed. He left for a short time , returned and installed the new part. The A/C was back up and running in no time. Thank you Brock. For a young fellow you were very polite and professional. Would have you back again!

Couldn't ask for better from Walker's Climate Care. Great knowledgeable technician's, and Kate was awesome for doing a job quote and getting everything set up so we could get fixed up pretty well immediately after our meeting.
