I had Omi beef many times (not with this restaurant) and find the Omi beef quality of this place to lack of beef taste. There’s only beef texture, that’s about it. The balance of fat was not very good in each cut/piece. Some too much fat, some lack of fat. The soup’s quite salty.
Service is good although it seems the server was rushing us with too fast grilling speed (this should be improved) but they are friendly to customers.

I visited your restaurant on 17th November at 1:40 PM with two friends, and I must say it was the worst service experience I’ve had in a long time. Here’s a summary of what happened:
1. Reservation Issue: Before we arrived, I called the restaurant to check if we could make a reservation. The staff asked what time, and I said 1:30 PM. I was told the restaurant was fully booked. I then asked if we could walk in, and the staff said we could try but couldn’t guarantee a table since the 1:00 PM seating was just filled. I replied that we were okay with waiting.
2. Arriving at the Restaurant: We arrived around 1:00 PM and informed the staff in the yellow hat that we were the ones who called earlier. She reiterated several times that the restaurant was fully booked and that we might not get a table. Despite this, we said we would wait, especially since we noticed a table finishing up their dessert, and with the last order being at 2:00 PM, (we believed we had enough time.)
3. Rice Issue: About 10 minutes later (around 1:10 PM), another staff member informed us that the rice was already finished. This was surprising since it wasn’t even close to the last order time. We were told that the rice is cooked based on the number of reservations. We asked if we wouldn’t be considered since we arrived before the last order time. It felt like they didn’t want us to dine in. The staff then said they could make more rice, but it would take 40 minutes. We agreed to wait.
4. Waiting in the Rain: While we were waiting outside, it started raining heavily. My friend politely went inside to ask if we could wait somewhere inside to avoid getting soaked. The staff in the yellow hat rudely replied, “Where exactly do you expect to sit, then?” - จะให้ไปนั่งที่ไหนละ?
5. Ordering Food: We were seated around 1:40 PM and started ordering. I noticed the “10-day aged ox tongue” on the menu and asked if it was still available. The staff in the yellow hat replied that it was sold out because they only serve two portions per day, but they had already served three today. This was confusing, but we let it go.
6. Repeated Reminders: The staff kept repeating that the rice would take 40 minutes, emphasizing it multiple times, making it seem like they didn’t want us to dine in(?).
7. A La Carte Menu Issue: Since we knew the last order time was 2:00 PM and we were concerned we might still be hungry, we asked for the a la carte menu. The staff in the yellow hat told us, “We don’t serve a la carte because the items aren’t prepared yet.”
These are just a few examples of the rude service we received, particularly from the staff in the yellow hat. It made us feel as though we were eating for free when in fact, we paid full price. I’m not sure if it was because we arrived close to the last order time that the staff didn’t want to serve us, but it was clear we were not welcome.
I’ve recommended your hamburg steak to many friends, saying it’s even better than the recently opened famous chain. However, as a loyal customer, I did not expect to be treated like this.
I strongly urge you to train your staff to have a better service mindset. Your food is delicious, and for a restaurant at this price point, the service should reflect that.

The beef and side dishes are excellent. We had a private room. The service is great. We went many time for birthdays and they always serviced us with something. This time we got 100 gram of beef for free.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Thailand without a doubt!!! Very high-quality products, and their attention to details was phenomenal!!! The service and the atmosphere was great as well, and we really really enjoyed it, thank you so much and we will definitely come back on our next trip!!
