We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a hot air balloon ride with Volare, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The pick-up was smooth. The ride itself was breathtaking, providing stunning views and a serene experience that we won't soon forget. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious, adding a perfect end to an already amazing experience. Overall, we give Volare a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable adventure.

When I first arrived in the waiting area, I was subjected to sexual harassment by a customer who repeatedly asked me, "Do you like this banana? Do you want this banana?" He proceeded to wave a banana in my face. I promptly reported the incident to the front desk, but I was dismayed to see that they still allowed him to board the hot air balloon. In such cases, the company should immediately remove the harasser rather than making me, the victim, wait until he was airborne. I should not have to fear hiding or cutting my trip short just to avoid my abuser or the risk of further harassment. I was not invited to an office until later. I had to stand by the front desk and wait for a good 15 minutes while the perpetrator stood centimeters away from me just checking in. I felt unprotected and ignored from the bottom of my heart. The hot air balloon experience itself was wonderful, and our pilot, Juan Manuel Diaz, was professional, fun, and exceptionally kind. However, I urge the management to enhance and enforce their policies regarding customer sexual harassment. It felt as though they were utterly unprepared for such situations, and I had to endure multiple rounds of management before receiving a simple assurance that I would not share the balloon with him. The company must do better to protect its customers. Attached below is a picture of the perpetrator. I have recently acquired new pepper spray and a yellow taser in his honor. I'm eager to introduce him to my new toys. I'm sure he'll appreciate them as much as he wrongly assumed I appreciated his advances with the banana.

Increíble experiencia. Estaba un poco enfermo pero gracias a su paramedica Yesvid pude disfrutar del vuelo en perfectas condiciones. Además, todo fueron facilidades por parte de los trabajadores del lugar para que pudiese disfrutar la experiencia. Totalmente recomendado. Repetiremos sin duda pues la experiencia es increíble

Our recent hot air balloon tour in CDMX was truly the highlight of our visit. Despite initial concerns about safety, those worries quickly vanished as we witnessed the well-organized tour and the sheer number of balloons being inflated. Securing transportation was our main challenge, but we lucked out with an Uber from Roma Norte that got us there without any hassle, including the toll fees. The cost per person for the ride was quite reasonable, especially when compared to other transfer options. The 20-minute smooth ride was simply breathtaking, and to top it off, we each received a small glass of Moscato to toast my partner's birthday. Upon returning, a lovely breakfast buffet awaited us, accompanied by a delightful serenade from a mariachi band. Overall, the experience was nothing short of amazing, and it's safe to say that it exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to do it all over again!

In the morning the driver did not have my name so the van left without me. After 15 minutes of waiting I called my hotel and they then they called the tour provider. Had I not reacted autonomously, I would have lost the tour. They sent an uber to pick me up and bring me to the designated spot. The information I got: number plate of the car and a name. No description about what car, not how long the ride should take. So an uber arrives, the last three letters of the plate are the same, I tell the driver the name and he says yes and we leave. After 10 minutes I wonder if everything is correct and ask the driver where we are going. He tells me to the airport so I realize im in the wrong uber and tell him to drive back to the starting spot. Again, if I wouldnt have reacted - missed tour. I somehow made it to the location right on time and the baloon ride was nice. But the tour provider did not acknowledge any mistake and did not agree to give me a discount for the many errors & the bad service made. I would recommend a different provider. The premium price is not in line with the very unprofessional service.

It was very organized and felt safe.

The overall experience was very nice. They are very organized. The pick-up was at 4:30am and the hot air balloon ride started at around 6:30am. They offer coffee/tea and cookies on arrival. The ride itself is only 30 mins and after we landed, we did a toast with champagne/sparkling wine. The breakfast and mariachi band is included in the tour package. The only disappointment was that they don't offer professional pictures like other tour operators.

Fue una experiencia increíble, realmente son muy organizados y atentos. Desde la recogida en el hotel, el registro, la espera con café mientras inflan los globos. Luego empieza la experiencia, los pilotos son muy expertos y hacen de tu viaje en globo algo inolvidable. El paseo por el cielo es simplemente increíble con un amanecer y volando por los sitios más importantes de Teotihuacan. Es muy bonito de vivir. Al aterrizar tienes un brindis y te regresan a el globopuerto a desayunar mientras los mariachis cantan. Realmente todo fue espectacular y muy bien organizado.

Excelente experiencia, es muy coordinado el Servicio, además que tienen sorpresas durante el recorrido. No quisiera darles detalles, tienen que vivirlo!!!!

Wow what a fabulous day we had. Picked up from our hotel, coffee on arrival, seemless check in, great organisation they even had a birthday banner and cake to celebrate my husband's birthday. The balloon ride was incredible, calm, organised and beautiful. Thankyou to everyone in the team for such a great experience we would highly recommend this experience to others.
