Came here to celebrate my birthday. Large, spacious and air-conditioned.
There were many VR headset stations and also a seating area with refreshments.
Great place for celebrations. Very fun.
Staff were very helpful in setting up the games.

Loved it! Me and my friends went over after dinner. It was our first time playing VR escape room and we chose the dagger of time game. Since it was our first time, there was a staff who assisted us while we were playing and giving us hints because the game has a high level of difficulty. It was a hoot!

Place itself is pretty accessible and fun, staff was kind and observant - was just abit disappointed by the lack of music variety for beat saber (only like 5 songs my friend and I knew)

we played one of the ubisoft VR escape room games.
firstly, the play area is in a big open room, separated from others with only a curtain, and it gets very noisy so you might have to shout over the noise in order to collaborate with your partner.
secondly, the game wasn’t properly calibrated when we put on the headset. even when i was touching the floor in real life, i couldn’t reach the things on the floor in the game. it was difficult to call the staff for help. and when they did come, they calibrated it wordlessly, and did not tell anything to my partner, who was continuing the game alone while they recalibrated my headset. then they told us they have recalibrated it and had to restart the game. this wasted a lot of my partners effort. had they informed us that their troubleshooting will eventually lead to them restarting the game, then my partner could have saved their effort.
lastly, as we were figuring things out, the staff kept giving us hints and telling us what to do although we didn’t ask for them. this spoiled the fun of the escape room as we wanted to find the solutions on our own. multiple staff came by and told us what to do at different points in the game. one guy even stood there for a good 15mins and when i was discussing to my partner on what to do, he would respond and tell us what to do, like he was the 3rd player of the game. maybe it was because we were taking too long to finish, but they should really let people solve it on their own unless they ask for help.
it was a bad experience and not worth the money.

Went today on Saturday 13 December, and the staff was not helpful. In particular, there was one male staff member (only male staff member out of them) who was particularly rude. A couple of examples was where he was rude to my 11 year old nephew:
1. My nephew's screen was blurry and he responded saying to fix it himself
2. He asked my nephew to join a room in the next game but did not say what the room name was called. Having only one room to join, my nephew clicked then he proceeded to scold my nephew that he should have not joined another persons game and should know to refresh.
The VR itself is also inaccurate and you stand in one spot so there isn't really something to save this review from 1-star
