It was a mesmerising experience for a 1st timer VR user like me. Prices are steep for 1hr but this is Singapore anyway. Staff was very helpful and decisive with providing hints, guide and tutorial on 1st timers VR users or for those not familiar. The puzzles that require more team work are especially addictive and require communication (u can see other players in the game). Just note that for those using huge round metal glasses, perhaps after tightening the goggles to your head, the glasses pressing on your face may be quite uncomfortable after an hour. There are light refreshments (tea, coffee), bottled water available and seating area at the gallery for free after finishing your game time.

This is my 3rd time here, trying a new escape game with different group of people. It was still a great and fun experience, definitely recommend it for teambuilding or having some fun with a group of friends. Many games to choose from that suits any group size. Appreciate the self service mini pantry and a dining area to chill before and after the game.

Organised class trip, VR World SG were very quick to reply to all emails and were helpful in picking out fun challenging suitable games for my groups of pupils.They stayed there to offer support and hints too.

Nice experience but the VR quality for the escape game we chose was not very realistic and the interaction was quite awkward. Also not exactly cheap I would say for about an hour of play but then this is Singapore so I guess I can't complain. We enjoyed the experience though so was money well spent.

Had a great time here with my partner! Staff was very helpful and patient in explaining the controls. One of the zombie games was horrifying but fun nonetheless. Might try the escape games next time!

We had extra time before our flight out of Singapore and were looking for things to do. We stumbled upon VR World and on an impulse, we went. Neal greeted us and we told him we didn't have a reservation and he walked us through the options available. We did have to make a reservation online for the next available slot but he let us start right away. We played the Assassin's Creed escape the pyramid (room) game in VR and a couple of their other regular VR games. The escape the room game was fun and challenging. Niel does warn you that if you're afraid of heights to not play this one because there is some climbing required in the game. He also comes to check on you if he notices you struggling. We were stuck at a stage for a good 20-30 minutes because we had the wrong idea of how to solve the puzzle and Neal came in to check on us and since we didn't want a hint, he just let us know that we were doing the wrong thing. I imagine he must have had a laugh because I believe my husband and I were crouching on the floor and looking really funny in the VR headset. Despite that, we did escape the room within the 1 hour time limit! I definitely feel like I could have played forever because it's so fun. It did make me a little nauseous though and my husband said his eyes were feeling strained. We took a quick break and played the Cook Out VR Game which is similar to Overcooked! but Cook Out was a little harder because you have to keep looking over at the orders whereas in overcooked you have the wider view to see the orders. After a couple rounds, we switched to Beatsaber. I'm really bad at rhythm games but I was just there for the vibes at that point. One thing to note is that if you wear glasses, I highly recommend taking them off if you can see without them. The VR headset will push your glasses into your face and it is not a comfortable feeling after 15 min. I couldn't see without my glasses so it was a rough but fun experience. My husband was able to remove his glasses but he said there was also pressure on his forehead and around his eyes. VR World also has small cubbies for you to put your stuff in and a bathroom. Overall I'd highly recommend coming to VR World to have fun or bond with your significant other or friends or even your work team! Thank you Neal for making the experience super easy and fun!

We had a really nice hour here! We arrived about 10 minutes late, but the nice staff allowed us to finish our entire game regardless :) Headsets and control sticks felt clean with no odour. Also, when my partner faced technical issues multiple times in the middle of our VR game, the staff readily helped to troubleshoot and even offered more time in compensation!

Fun game

An awesome and unique VR experience that has games other places don't! I highly recommend the Assassin's Creed escape room, a great couples activity.

Had a great experience with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a great choice of game options. Loved the Assassin's Creed ones and will definitely be back for more!

Had a fun and adventurous time at VR world. We played 2 of the Ubisoft escape games (escape the lost pyramid, and prince of Persia) and were amazed by the stunning visuals and gameplay. Also had some extra time to shoot some zombies. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us hints at appropriate moments while still leaving room for us to figure things out. Definitely a must-try experience, and will definitely be back for more!

This tall staff is very friendly and helpful, patient in guiding us into the game and also during the game.

The guy on duty (didn't get his name, was tall and had rather long hair) was very patient with teaching us, especially my parents who don't really play puzzle games outside of Candy Crush and will panic easily. The environment + equipment were very clean; no body odour or sweat smell present. Had a lot of non-Horror options for VR Escape Room, which we really appreciate since our family is very bad and highly uncomfortable with the genre. They provide good alternatives for people who scare easily or have bad anxiety when it comes to time-based horror survivals / shooters. Will support again 👍

Very fun, get to shout at your parents to your hearts' content

A great activity to spend an afternoon with friends. Fun games that require team work. The headset is a bit heavy but overall a decent experience.

First time try the virtual reality..thrill & fun 😃😁
