Most of the items on their website is not in stock and the ones that are in stock are fake. When I complained to them, they did nothing. Appalling customer service!
Bought a full box of Tugboat Evo 4500 Puffs 50mg, all of them are fake. I know very well how this vape tastes and performs like. Their is like the same taste after you have used it for a few hundred puffs, tastest burned and barely makes any smoke. When I complained to them, they said that's how the latest stock is.
Additionally, half the items on their website is out of stock. No, I am not talking about a one off-case, it happens every single time I place an order, I'd get a WhatsApp message telling me item X is out of stock! So why even put it on your website?!
