I was having a hard time figuring out how to handle upgrading my business phone system as my business grew and my needs changed. Sean Fairchild with Voipcom made it an easy decision and I am SO glad that I decided to go with them!
They were able to pull my same Google Voice phone number I had been using previously with no hiccups (a huge concern I had initially), and their rates are less than Verizon would have been or other providers that I had seen while shopping around.
Their customer service is probably the best of any company that I work with - they usually respond within a few minutes or less and will help you troubleshoot or offer solutions until your issue is resolved.
I will continue to recommend Sean/Voipcom to any business owner who needs a phone! Thank you!

VOIPCOM helped me get the telecommunications side of my business working properly. My business was expanding in a remote environment and I didn't know what telecommunications solutions would work the best. Sean listened to my concerns and helped me identify the phone structure and hardware that would work for us now, but also allow room for continued growth. Love love these guys! Voipcom is so much easier than Ring Central. The support is practically instantaneous. They're so patient and I get the same people everytime I call so they know me and my staff and know our company!!! Install was seamless and no major problems!

I cannot praise this company any higher! The team at Voipcom have been nothing short of exceptional with customer service, communication, services, user experience, team onboarding, etc. I'm not going to lie... when we made the call to switch phone vendors, I was extremely hesitant due to all of the stress and chaos that came with set-up from our last provider. When I say I was BLOWN AWAY by how smooth the onboarding process was - I'm not kidding. They truly make the process as seamless as possible and our services have been GREAT! No hiccups and no impact to our customers during the switch! If you are looking for a new business phone provider... definitely add Voipcom to your list.

So far my experience has been fantastic. I have never been put on hold for an absurd amount of time like other phone companies I've been with.
