Buyer beware. Do not do business with this company. They are unethical. When in a rental, they can at there discretion, (as was stated yesterday by rocio) put a lock on tank and credit remaining propane in tank. They can choose who they want to provide this service for ans who not. Steer clear. Go with a more professional propane company like kamps.

Company is dishonest called to have my tank picked up was told there was no charge . After tank was picked up I received a bill for $164.00.

After dealing with campora out of stockton , which I believe is the sister company, it was an absolute dream talking with Leida. Not only did she apologize for how unprofessional and negligent campora was (which was no fault of her own.) She very quickly was able to get a technician out to check where my gas leak is after being told I'd have to wait 4 days by stockton. Customer service skills absolutely impeccable. They should have her do some training in stockton.

I used them for 8 years. Never a problem. I moved to a new town on 9/2/24. Prior to my move I called to close my account and was told I would be receiving my refund shortly. I have waiting for my 250.00 refund. I’m still waiting and it’s October 31st. After numerous calls, repeating myself and asking where my check was. I was told over and over again the check was mailed and yet it’s almost November still no check. Terrible customer service. I will never recommend them again.
